Lovely apartment, close to metro

Metro proximity was our deciding factor and this location was ideal. Just be sure to use the north exit of the DuPont circle station or you’ll walk twice as far. The apartment itself was clean, includes great Viking appliances and is perfectly suited for families with kids, with one master bedroom and one bedroom setup with a single-over-double bunk bed. Even the one small bathroom was well thought out, with a walk-in shower to conserve space and shelving to store toiletries.

Mattress and location

The master BR mattress is excellent. I have back issues and appreciate a really good mattress. The location is perfect. Walk to restaurants and $10 Uber to all the sights, Bonus, upscale living in a national historical register building.

Dark Entryway

A nice unit in a great location, although the entryway is in serious need of a porch light. The house number is visible after dark only on the ground floor door, so DoorDash and UberEats kept going to the neighbors’ door!

Wonderful stay!

We visited with our 3 year old and the location + layout were perfect. Easy walk to the metro and lots of great dining options nearby too.

Family DC trip

Our youngest son is leaving for college in the fall and he had never visited like our other kids had. We saw so much. It was delightful despite the heat. I highly recommend this apartment, it was absolutely lovely and Charlotte took amazing care of us. Thank you!

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect with local dining options and quick walk to the metro. The property was very clean and communication with the property manager fast and helpful. There is no second/ back exit, which was the only thing I found unusual.

Wonderful Rental in Dupont

This unit in a historic row house in Dupont exceeded expectations. Plenty big enough for our family of five. Around the corner from great restaurants. Will be staying here again for sure!

Great stay, great location!

We stayed here for a week and loved all of it! The location is quiet and yet close to DuPont Circle to enjoy some really good restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!

Property was comfortable, very spacious and good kitchen. Written instructions for appliances would have been good. No access to rubbish bins at the back of the house, had to walk around the block carrying the rubbish. A bit disappointed in the lack of communication to emailed questions about the property.

Place was great. Clean, comfortable, a nice place to hang out in a perfect location. I was a little concerned at first that the air conditioning wouldn't reach the secondary bedroom, but it ended up not being a problem even for a couple of 98-degree days.

Perfect location and Lovely Property

Almost everything about this venue was just right. Well furnished and clean, with all the necessary amenities, close proximity to the foreign embassy area, the Philips Collection, subway, and an excellent Sunday farmer's market. Numerous excellent restaurants within two to three blocks. This is fine if you need a conventional bed to sleep in. However, the bed is a bit narrow for two people who use some space, and the bunk beds are a bit softer than we were used to. Again, overall we would happily stay here again if the bed situation could be solved for us. Thank you.
