The flat consists of 2 bedrooms lock-off style. It features a spacious private terrace with a jacuzzi perfect to take a break and relax with view on the mangrove trees behind sea side.
The flat is located at 3mns walking distance to Mamitas beach. Excellent location, only steps from the famous 5th avenue. Access to the roof with an ocean view and communal pool with its own pool bar facilities and gym.
Concierge service during your whole stay, on call from Monday to Saturday from 9 am till 7 pm, and emergencies 24/7.

Wintering in Play del Carmen At the Cruz Con Mar
We love the Cruz Con Mar! This is our 2nd year of "wintering" in Mexico for a couple months (we're from Pennsylvania, USA). Playa del Carmen is a fun place to visit with 5th Avenue, Mamita and Coco beaches and Cozumel just a ferry ride away. I believe all of the condos in Cruz are nice because they're relatively new. Our condo was very comfortable and the owner and his assistant were very responsive to our needs. In all honesty, there were a few house keeping things that should have been taken care of before we arrived, but the owner responded to our calls and took care of most things.

Great stay!
The apartment is as advertised. Quiet location, within easy walking distance to restaurants/beach/nightlife. Beach access is a short 2 block walk. Great rooftop views. Friendly front desk staff. Definitely recommend!
