TEE JAYS est un spacieux rez-de-chaussée climatisé de deux chambres au rez-de-chaussée, au centre du célèbre «Sawtell Cafe Precinct», du RSL, des clubs de golf et de bowling, de la piscine locale et plus encore. Cuisine récemment rénovée avec lave-vaisselle pour votre confort, le salon spacieux dispose d'une télévision plein écran, d'un lecteur DVD et d'un système de son surround ainsi que d'une buanderie interne avec lave-linge et sèche-linge et d'un mobilier de chambre mis à jour pour vous offrir tout le confort que vous désirez.

Tee Jays peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à cinq (5) personnes -

Chambre principale: lit queen, ventilateur de plafond et peignoirs intégrés

Chambre 2: lit double et lit simple, ventilateur de plafond et peignoir intégr��.

La principale plage surveillée de Sawtell n'est qu'à une courte distance de marche, vous pouvez garder un œil sur les enfants pendant qu'ils se rendent au Surf Club.

Un barbecue Weber est également fourni pour votre confort sur la terrasse carrelée et une cour gazonnée entièrement clôturée pour les enfants à jouer.

Le parking est hors rue et couvert.

great place to stay

Teejays was a fantastic place to stay it was close to everything we needed it was close to places to eat & the beach. The apartment was we stocked with everything in the kitchen, linen & games etc

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit was clean and had everything in it including some fishing tackle. We were there to visit friends staying at Boambee Bay. it was very convenient for the two of us and would make a great stay for a small family. close to Sawtell Hotel (30 metres) and RSL. also First Ave restaurants. Walk to beach. Access to car port is a bit tricky especially for a large vehicle but doable. A box of facial tissues would have been good.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at TeeJays, a most convenient position, a short easy walk to the beach, the shops, pub, RSL, cinema, eateries, church and the bowls club. What more could you want! The unit itself was roomy and comfortable except for the small kitchen. Everything you could possibly need was supplied with the exception of WiFi.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very very wet week with 400 mm of rain whilst we were there. The unit was neat and tidy and tiny. Because of the wet weather we did not have to use the window rollers to keep the noise down from the pub. The unit was very handy to the main street and eating areas and the beach. My only criticism was the large bed (which was very comfortable) in a small room where we both ended up with bruises from the confined space and the timber bed end. The shower stall needed a clean with mould around the bottom but otherwise it had everything you would need and more.

We stayed here for 3 nights in sawtell and were SO close to beach, shops and next door to a beautiful artisan bakery which we visited 4 times. Lots of space for the 2 of us and nice big TV for rainy days, however a few of the lights weren’t working. Don’t remember seeing this on the listing. Thanks 😊

Great Holiday

Great location, 2 mins to Sawtell shops and beach. Unit was better than I expected, all mod cons very clean and tidy. Close to local clubs/pubs. Checkin was fast and easy, friendly staff. I would recommend this place and we will be returning

Great location and comfortable accommodation

Easy access to Sawtell's main street and to the beach. A bit noisy when the hotel crowd leave on Friday and Saturday - an incentive to stay up late and take advantage of the massive TV.
