A wonderful family get together. The house was very clean and had everything our extended family needed. joy was an exceptional host. Would highly recommend.

Quiet but extremely musty, house was very hot seemed to take forever to cool down. Instructions were very faded and hard to read. Had to look for Instructions for everything. To many switches to turn lights on or ceiling fans to work. Main ceiling fan in living room didn't work, they did bring in small fans to move air.

Enjoyed our stay!! Great house, lots of room, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Host was very accommodating. Great neighborhood, Beautiful view. Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for all family types. Would highly recommend this place!

Great family home

We were a group of 16 with 9 toddlers and this house worked out well for us! The bedroom options were configured well and the kids moved the slide and movie theater!

Incredible Find

This house is an incredible find. Beautiful, super clean home, quiet cul-de-sac, gated community, close to Disney, private backyard, outstanding pool & hot tub, themed rooms, fun game room and movie theater, and a fantastic host, who was available to us throughout our stay. We would love to come back and stay here again!

The house was kept really clean and had everything you could need to cook within the kitchen! Very close to the parks and must do attractions in Orlando but far enough away to be a quiet haven. Also enjoyed the onsite amenities

Great house for a family

It was a great house to stay in! Loved the pool and my daughter loved the Mickey Mouse room with slide. Very clean! Joy was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend for a family getaway!

Great Vacation Home

House has plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Kids loved the themed rooms and the shuffle board, air hockey table, pool table and ping pong tables. Pool and hot tub were great. Worth paying to heat the pool in November. Definitely enjoyed the house.

Excellent property

I stayed here with 11 of my family members of all ages and it was amazing. The only complaint i had was the pool was not heating as it sjould given the low temps but the host Joy was quick to respond and ensured our gorst few days of pool heating was refunsed. Could not rccoment nore

Great Family Friendly House

The house was entertaining for every age group. The adults actually took over the movie theater one night. The pool is fenced in well. There was more than enough space for us. The property owner was very attentive and personable. I’d recommend the property and consider staying again.

Enjoyable stay!

Very nice. Kids loved it. Called it the “fun house”! We also enjoyed the Neighborhood water/pool amenities. Description of house on website is accurate. We are an extended family of 13 and it was very accommodating. Interaction with the host was excellent! Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous Family Vacarion

What a great house! Our entire family loved it. There was so much to do, with the pool (with its heated spa), the ping pong table, the home theatre, and the game room. The layout of the house was perfect for our different schedules and bedtimes; the bedrooms were quiet even when the play areas were in use. The cul-de-sac provided ample parking. Joy was a fabulous host, who responded quickly to any questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Stay at his Property

The property was great. The family really enjoyed the stay. The only down fall was the upstairs ac stop working. But the property owner was awesome, she did everything she could to fix the problem. it took two days for the ac people to get there, I guess that isn't too bad, but we could not enjoy the upstairs for those days. The pool table and air hockey were a BIG hit. The property owner stayed in contact and available throughout our stay. Thank you for a great vacay !!
