What a great house for a large group plenty of space and beds we had 18 total with our children, grand children and my parents. The pool and hot tub were great too. We would definitely rent again.

Themed decor made this home a delight for kids and the young at heart. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of beds and full bathrooms. The kitchen is a good size and stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils. Starter supplies were generous—paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags exceeded what we’ve found in many other vacation rentals. The location is convenient to Disney, Target, Walmart, Publix, an ABC liquor store, and numerous restaurants, though traffic on US‑192 can be heavy at times. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, a welcome retreat from theme park noise. The large pool comfortably accommodates big groups; the water was warm, and the hot tub worked perfectly.We’ve rented many vacation homes over the years, and what stood out most here was the host—knowledgeable, responsive, and very kind. Highly recommended.

We had a party of 14 ranging in age from 10 months to 75 years and the house was absolutely perfect! The pool is huge as well as the playroom for the kids. The pictures do not do this house justice. There is so much room throughout the house. This one is a definite 15 out of 10 for large groups with kids. We had 6 kids 7 or younger and they had a blast. I highly recommend this property. Kim is an EXCELLENT host!!!

Our host was a great communicator, answering questions and giving the info we needed. The house is large with plenty of bedrooms and baths for a big group. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans . The game room is large and again well stocked. The pool is as advertised (giant) with large area for enjoying the outdoors and plenty of seating. Would definitely recommend this property!

The host was super attentive and the place was awesome! It was the first time I’ve had my whole family under one roof in many years and it was amazing! There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room and there wasn’t anything the house didn’t have! I was able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner for my family there. The care that is thought I’d id for everyone here is truly remarkable! I will definitely return.

You'll love this house!

A perfect house for a large family or group stay, plenty of bedroom, each with a fun theme. Plenty of bathrooms and showers as well. Large pool with attached hot tub was great fun for adults and kids. Would love to stay here again next time we're in the area.

It was such a good stay for our family. We had kids under the age of 5 and it was the perfect house to stay in! It had everything we needed and before check in we host brought over additional baby items in case we needed it! We would love to stay again!

Perfect place for large group!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 12 adults. Plenty of space inside to hang out. The pool area is great! Big, clean, many toys and floaties! The host was very responsive and attentive.

Amazing Family Time

The pool area and pool itself was incredible. House was clean and comfortable with Disney themes that get you in the mood for the Parks. This host thought of everything for our comfort. I have booked many homes for family vacations but this was beyond expectations. We had a wonderful time.

Property was close to Disney and Walmart, property was better than pictures, very spacious! The kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool and the private playground. Plenty of towels for the pool, plenty of dishes. The hostess was very kind and accommodating.

Best Florida stay we have ever had!

The house was exactly as described and pictured, property manager was very nice and was easy to communicate with and was right on top of everything we had questions about. The house is a beautiful place to stay and it has a huge pool, 19 of us and we all had plenty of room!!

Great vacation spot!

Super close to Disney, comfortable (after long days walking & line standing - especially for gma & gpa!) and fun (pool, hot tub, outdoor games & indoor games room). The whole family (ages 1 - 61) were pleased with the accommodations & are ready to return in the future! You won’t be dissappointed!

I grew up in Orlando (yes, I was here before Disney!). Many years ago, I became a booking agent for vacation homes, which gave me the opportunity to hear firsthand what guests loved, what they wished for, and what truly made a vacation special.

When I created this vacation home, I used all of that experience to design a place where families can relax, reconnect, and make wonderful memories together. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen with guests in mind.

Unlike many vacation home owners who live out of state or even out of the country, I live right here in the Orlando area. That means I regularly visit the property, keep a close eye on everything, and work hard to ensure the home is always in top condition.

One of my favorite parts of hosting is continually making improvements and upgrades. There's nothing more rewarding than hearing that families had an amazing vacation and created memories they'll cherish for years to come.

I look forward to sharing my home with you and helping make your Orlando vacation truly unforgettable!

This is a very quiet community and you can hardly believe how close to the action you really are. The property has a HUGE pool - the biggest I have ever seen. It's 20 feet x 40 feet. The spa is also much larger than other vacation homes.

It has a completely private back yard on all sides not just the back like many other homes that advertise private back yards.

The TV on the back patio is extremely popular. Many guests comment that it was much more fun being able to swim and watch a show than they had thought.
