Ideal location for a great vacation that involves fishing!! Just 4 minutes from the public boat ramp at Lake Marion! For those who do not fish - this quiet, laid - back location is 90 minutes from Charleston, Myrtle Beach and Savannah GA! plenty of space plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beauty of South Carolina.
No smoking in house-must go outside and dispose of butts in can. Hook up for Direct TV available. Overseer of property nearby.

Not recommended

Communication with owner and property manager was poor at best. It took 3 hours to get the code to get in the door. The property was not clean. There was no TV or internet. The freezer was full of food and I didn't have room to put my food in it. There is no driveway so I had to park in the yard which floods when it rains. Neighborhood kids shooting shotguns in the back yard. Not recommended and not worth the money!
