There is absolutely beach access to the north side of building- in lieu of bbq grills an electric grill is in the condo for use. We have come along way and have to overcome a few more hurdles with a board of egos - and a state permits and city permits to add the exterior access patio. notice of common area controlled by the board of directors sent 4/2/26 and no response from Guests fully explaining in detail what you are renting and what we are able to contribute to your experience. Rate was reduced by 50% to reflect ongoing concerns outside our control- we are not a resort community we are a private condominium with private owners dependent on volunteers to manage and govern the common elements of the property. $234 per/nite for a gulf front condo for 4 adults ? directly on the beach is absurd and a reflection of a remodeling failure by the board of directors outside our control. 20 months post 2 hurricanes that wiped out 100's of homes and businesses. WE truly appreciate any business we can get at the temporarily reduced peak season rate. the pool and patio have been completed and we are expecting pool to open this week if all goes according to the boards last communication to ownership. Any questions to prospective renters feel free to reach out to me for details and expectations. we have beach fold up chairs in the closet- you can rent chaise lounges on the beach if you prefer a different chairs. I find it unfair to judge the Condo with a 3 when you stated it was lovely. You judged us on issues outside our control and didn't find any reason to consider the overall value of the time spent enjoying the beach community that has suffered immensely from 2 devastating hurricanes 20 months prior at such an affordable rate.
