This unit is handicap-accessible and on the 4th floor of a small gulf-front residential community accessed by elevator. This fully furnished space includes laundry/kitchen appliances, and has a gulf-front balcony.

Beautiful re-decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo looks out to a breathtaking view of the Gulf and beautiful white sand beach. Repeat...ON THE BEACH!

BEST: Sliding doors in Living Room and Master open fully to create "invisible wall" effect.

Master bedroom has elevated king bed and handicap equipped bathroom.
Bedroom#2 has 2 full beds. Bedroom#3 has a day bed and pull-out trundle. Full size washer and dryer in suite.

Paradise

If you are looking for a bit of paradise, this is the place. Beautiful view, steps away from the ocean and restaurants close by. This was our 2nd time staying there and will go back.

Great vacation!!

Love the complex and condo it was a perfect local and close to anything we needed or wanted. The host was very helpful any time we needed anything or even just a question answered. We will definitely be back.

This is an amazing location on the beach very close to johns pass, right across the street from the reef, dockside Dave’s, and many other places. A beautiful and convenient location, with great hosts! I would recommend this place to anyone! The kids and myself were sad to leave!

Perfect getaway right on the beach

We loved our time in this condo! Everything was as shown and made our stay very enjoyable. Host was very quick to respond to our questions. The pool was truly heated (unlike some others we've tried!) and there were always enough chairs to sit and relax. The beach area was beautiful and sunsets spectacular. We will definitely come again!

4th of July getaway

We all had an awesome time. The condo is so close to the beach that you can actually hear the waves. The balcony was our favorite spot—perfect for dolphin watching with a cup of coffee in the morning. The facilities were just as nice and we enjoyed the pool when the ocean was too warm. The condo is close to local restaurants and shops.

Hartman 2024 Family Vacation

The condo was super nice. The location was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. The only bad experience we had was at the time we arrived, the only one elevator was hung up and not working. We had to carry our luggage up four (4) flights of stairs. A few hours later, the elevator was working again. Bad timing for us!

Relocation vacation

We came down for 5 days as we were looking to relocate to the Tampa/st Pete area. We chose this property as it was a mid point for us to use while on our search. The manager nor the property disappointed. It was simply fantastic. The property was easy to find, quick and easy access to assigned parking, and best of all, ample amount of towels. The property owner stayed in touch with us as a few maintenance items were scheduled the following week after we left but it was nice that she told us in preparation. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again.

Family owned since 1984. We live in the Chicago area and enjoy the time we spend as a family and with friends at Seaview . We have gone to nearby Busch Gardens, the Orlando Parks, enjoyed visiting family in Florida, and have had fun with local water sports and golfing.

Why they chose this property

The condo is on the ocean with direct beach access. The condominium complex has a 6ft deep graduated pool and a Hot Tub. On site management is very helpful and accommodating.

What makes this property unique

Staying at this location provides beautiful views of the water, walkable shopping, trolley transportation up and down beach. It is only 2 hours away from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and 1 hour from Busch Gardens or downtown Tampa!
