This spacious 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. The fifth bedroom could be used as a family/kids room as it has a queen bed & 2 sofas with TV& DVD player with a selection of 500 DVDs

It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. You can wake up in the morning and look towards Warwick and The Range.

With only a 10 min drive you are in the Warwick Town Centre for shopping, restaurants & coffee shops to explore.

It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block so is great if you want to bring the family pet. There is also a dog/ kid safe fence at the back of the house. There is also plenty of room to park a boat/caravan/horse trailer etc

The house has internet available NBN & a large screen smart TV in the formal lounge. There is dining inside & out for 10 people. Outside undercover there is a BBQ, fridge & open fireplace. There is also an 8 seater summer/winter spa which is undercover.

It is in close proximity to Lesley Dam which caters for fishing, sailing, jet skiing & water skiing.

It is suited for a relaxing country escape with friends and/or family.

We have stayed here four times and I find it difficult to think of different superlatives for how much we enjoy our time here. Sandy is always a delight and the place is ideal for a family get together. Recommended for a group staying neat Warwick.

Fabulous quiet country retreat

We enjoyed a very comfortable homely country stay just a short drive from Warwick. The jumpers and jazz festival was on so plenty to see and do in Warwick. House was great- all the comforts of home, roomy bedrooms, spacious kitchen and a spa!

We love it here.

I cannot think of a better place for our family get together, so we went here again. It is close enough to Warwick for convenience, but quiet and rural. We also had an easy day trip this time to Stanthorpe . I would not hesitate to recommend spending time here with family and friends

We had an amazing day at this beautifully fitted out property just outside of Warwick. Beds were comfy and the linen and towels were excellent quality. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance you could possibly want. The huge spa was a massive hit as was the beautiful fire. Our dog had a wonderful time running about in the enclosed garden and the kids enjoyed watching the birds and checking every morning for chicken eggs.

A group of girls and two dogs had the best couple of days, the property was spectacularly clean, well catered and the dogs adopted being able to run free in the grounds. Fantastic get away!

We found this property & fell in love with it straight away.

We have always liked the country & now we can enjoy it & share this’s place with you.
It is so relaxing out here but still close to shops, cafes, & medical if needed.

What makes this property unique

The views around are lovely & it is so close to the Leslie Dam for fishing, boating & jet skiing. We love sitting on the front porch in the afternoon with some wine & cheese & enjoying the views.
