Michael and Roseann were absolutely incredible to work with! I travel fairly often and the customer service I received was something I’ve never experienced. Every little thing we could have possibly needed was there for us. Each time I had a question it was answered within minutes. They went way out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing! We are already hoping to return!!!

Amazing place! Spent 5 nights at Bella Vista and will absolutely be back! Mike and Roseann were amazing hosts, you wont find anyone who communicates at a higher level. Always quick to respond, make a recommendation, or just giving you a daily weather report. Took kids with us (9 & 2) and it was the perfect location. Access to the water was incredible, and we saw sea turtles daily! Located 3 minutes from town for anything you’ll need. Truly no complaints! Book it now, you wont regret it!

My husband and I had the most amazing vacation in Exuma, and our stay at Bella Vista made it even more special! This was our first vacation with just the two of us, and we couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful place.The property was absolutely wonderful, with breathtaking views and everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated having everything available for our days exploring the beautiful beaches. The accommodations were comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped.The owners were wonderful, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. We have vacationed in Florida for years, but Exuma is on an entirely different level. The crystal-clear turquoise water, peaceful surroundings, and incredible beauty made this a vacation we will never forget.We are so thankful we found this little piece of paradise and would absolutely love to return! Highly recommend!

My son, my husband and I stayed at Bella Vista Breeze and celebrated our birthdays here. As soon as we walked into our cottage, there was the sweetest birthday message on the tv for our son! We were so lucky to have stayed here while Roseann was in town, and she was the sweetest ever! She was constantly checking to make sure everything was up to our liking. Everything was perfect! We took advantage of the outdoor shower, which was awesome. The location was perfect. Wow, THE VIEW! I was already so excited to wake up with the ocean at our feet, but the view exceeded my expectations. Do not sleep in and miss the sunrise! Michael and Roseann were quick to respond to any and all questions. Of all the vacations we've taken, they were the most attentive hosts we've had. Thank you both so much for making our vacation TRULY a vacation in paradise! We can't wait to come back!

Amazing stay for my husband and I! The house is great, restaurants in walking distance, Jolly Hall beach is in walking distance and is one of the prettiest beaches. You have access to the resort which was great especially since we could borrow kayaks and paddle boards. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. Great stay overall, I highly recommend it!

5 stars! Just as advertised…great place, very nice and comfortable. They had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We loved being able to walk to Jolly Beach, which was stunning. They had Yedi coolers, beach chairs and even a packable umbrella. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous water views from the villa as well as from it's outdoor patio and deck. Loved that the beach was literally steps away. From kitchen to beach items, the hosts provided everything we needed as well as quick responses to questions. We had a wonderful much needed very relaxing vacation.

Host was wonderful and very helpful. Anytime we had a question they replied back right away! They had lots of great reccomendations. The property was fantastic with gorgeous views! They had everything you needed in the unit, and the bed and pillows were sooooo comfy! I'm very picky about my pillows! The restaurant on site was yummy, we ate there multiple times, as well as the augusta bay restaurant next door. Will definitely return!

I can’t say enough great things about this property and the hosts. The Villa was spotless, perfectly located and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy the beach and all that Exuma has to offer. It’s literally right on the beach facing Elizabeth Harbor and a beautiful sunrise each morning. The beds are comfortable (even the Murphy bed) which is a must. Our family of 4 were very comfortable with my 2 daughters sharing the Murphy bed. It’s perfectly located near Georgetown and some of the most beautiful beaches and cool restaurants. Michael and Roseanne are 5 Star hosts in every way. They were available to answer all our questions, make recommendations and give advice on any aspect of our trip. They even provide a daily post of the weather and best places or activities to make the most of the day! We loved this trip and much of this was due to our stay at Bella Vista. If you’re a first time visitor to Exuma or want to dig deep on all Exuma can offer, stay here!!!

Wonderful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. Michael & Roseanne were wonderful hosts - the villa is thoroughly equipped with everything you could possibly need or want, together with thorough information on the area and places to visit. We will be returning in the near future and highly recommend the villa to people staying on this beautiful island.

Beautiful cottage and the view out the front door was amazing! Well stocked kitchen and very comfy bed.Most important...Michael &Roseann provided so much valuable information prior to our trip so we were able to book excursion with great captain and visit a couple of the beaches they recommended. Roseann and Michael are exactly what you want in a host. Responsive. Knowledgeable. Friendly. The property is well maintained, plenty of supplies. We were stuck in a storm one day and they found us the one spot on the island that was open and serving food and drinks. We will definitely rent from them again.

Wonderful stay in Paradise

Had an amazing week in Exuma staying in this perfect unit right on the beach. The place was immaculate and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. We visited many of the places listed in their recommendations and enjoyed them all. Loved the secluded beach around the corner at Jolly Hall. Can't wait to go back again and will definitely stay here.
