We take quarterly trips with our employees as we are a small mostly family business. I think we have finally found a place we can continue to come back to over and over again. From the available fishing options here to the fun games and amazing spacious layout of the home we were all very happy! This place has a lot to offer but when it comes to the host! They seriously went way above and beyond. I have never been to or met a more accommodating home in all our stays on many apps. I truly wish I could go more than 5 stars. Jamie is a truly a class act and was so accommodating and thoughtful! Don’t think twice about this place it’s it! You will not be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay tremendously!!! Everyone wants to return. We saw manatee in the canal and dolphins when we went out on the boat. The house was exceptionally clean and had everything you could ask for. Property owner was extremely nice and I honestly enjoyed any interactions we had! Family Fishing Vacation

Our stay included two families (total of 9 people) and this house was perfect for us! Ages ranged from 11 to 77 and included avid outdoorsy types (we fished and crabbed from the dock every day) to those happy with a beautiful view while playing games or reading a book. The location was great to explore in all directions. Some of our favorites include Fort DeSoto, Anna Maria Island, and Nokomis Beach for their Wednesday night Drum Circle. Thank you for being a great host!

July 4th getaway

Great place for a stay vacation for TampaBay locals. We love the water South of TampaBay so decided to check out the Palmetto area. We were able to drop our boat in at Riverside Park which was a short boat ride to the house. We were so thankful the rain stayed away for a fabulous firework show. The pool/spa and outdoor living was perfect. Had a little trouble with the front door keyless enter but the owner was Johnny on the spot with an alternative entry. We will definitely return in the future.

We had a great time staying here. We brought our own boat and was able to dock it at the house, which we used to go to a different beach every day and out to eat at night which was way more enjoyable than sitting in traffic in a car.Kids loved the pool and catching fish off the dock.Loved it!!

Everything we wanted

I'm tempted to leave a poor review so it will be available for us next year, but that would not be right. We had a group of 8 ages 19-86 and everyone loved this house. It has everything it says it does and Jamie is very responsive. One thing it has that I did not expect is good cookware. I brought my own pan because I scramble eggs every day but the pans at the house handled my daily eggs and cooking for a crew..

Family vacation/school break

Last family vacation was 2016 when 1st 2 grandsons were 2 so this was perfect! Grandkids were11,10, 7 and 6 - they spent the majority of the time in the pool and spa. Fished off the dock, played pool, foosball, ping pong, kayaked. We had friends over and were amazed at all the house had to offer. We had a couple small issues but notified the owner and were able to correct. Highly recommend

Perfect

The house is basic but comfortable. The pooland spa were wonderful, and the host was very responsive to our questions. Lots of games inc pool table, Ping Pong, Arcade games. The dock area is well kept with a large live well available for bait. We really enjoyed fishing from the canoe

Amazing Family Vacation

The home was perfect for our family getaway, which included 9 adults. We loved the back patio, pool, hottub and firepit. We enjoy cooking and did all of our meals at home. As a side bonus, we rented the boat for fishing and cruising the immediate area. Communication was great and Jamie made the entire check in and out process easy. Will return!

Perfect stay

The house, location and amenities made our stay and holiday perfect for the entire family.Pool, games and bunk room for the teens, hot tub, fishing gear, kayaks, pool table and darts for the guys, and plenty of family time in the house and around the pool.The host was very responsive and helpful from the time of booking all the way thru our stay and even after we had left.Definitely my best experience to date.

This place has it all!

We literally didn’t need to leave because this place had it all. 6 kids age 9-18 all loved the place as did the adults! The owner was super responsive with all questions! Definitely would go back and recommend.

I have been in the business of investment properties for many years. I've always liked the idea of buying a home and renting it while not using it personally, so we decided to give this a try.

This property needed a lot of work, but the size of the property with water access was very appealing to me. Having 2 small boys myself, I know they have short attention spans, so I need a variety of things to keep them occupied. By the end of 2019, we hope to have ping pong, cornhole, billiards, basketball hoop, bikes, kayaks, a large firepit. This house had the interior size and the lot size to really offer everything you could want for a family getaway.

While our nightly fee might be a bit higher than some similar properties, our ability to have a high number of guests should still make it very affordable for a large family. I think our amenities are unparalleled, and you get a lot for your hard earned vacation budget.
