Nestled at the end of a shell covered lane next to the Gulf of Mexico, Bandy Beach is a quaint 10-unit complex located on the quiet East End of Sanibel. Bandy Beach A201 is a lovely and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom stilted Gulf-front condo that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Featuring an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, this top floor unit is boasting with gorgeous panoramic views from the living room, primary bedroom and 1 of the guest bedrooms. The expansive primary suite offers a cozy king size bed, Smart TV and an updated bathroom. The second bedroom also has a new king bed and TV. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and a Smart TV. High speed internet/Wi-Fi is also at your disposal.
After a long day at the beach hunting for sand dollars and shells or coming in from exploring the island while biking one of the many bike paths, you can look forward to watching the game on a large Smart TV in the living room or enjoy some family time playing a game around the dining table. You can also choose to sit outside on the screened in lanai that runs the full length of the unit with an area for dining and a comfortable spot to enjoy those amazing Gulf views with an evening cocktail.
The building only has 2 units with a semi-private elevator for your use (currently not operational).
The unit is stocked with beach towels and beach equipment is stored on the ground level – perfect for those long-awaited days on the beach! Additional amenities include: community heated pool (currently not operational), covered parking, boardwalk to the beach and a community use gas grill. Bandy Beach is a non-smoking property. There is a semi-private elevator for your use (currently not operational).
Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.
