Rentals open for December 31st! Interior remodel finally complete, and the unit and beaches are as beautiful as ever. Pool renovation complete, with ongoing landscaping and exterior construction to be expected into early 2024. Our unit is located on 2nd floor (ground level being level 0), elevator replacement is underway, but not expected to be completed until late April 2024. Therefore, you will need to use stairs to access unit. Tennis and pickle ball courts not expected to be complete until April 2024. The beaches are as beautiful as ever, but construction continues all over the island and will for some time. If you have questions about available amenities or concerns about potential neighboring construction activity please feel free to reach out with all questions prior to booking. Rates have been adjusted accordingly.
