Perched directly on the sandy shores of Sanibel's West Gulf Drive, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico that will take your breath away. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or toasting the evening sunset, the views from your private lanai are sure to be a highlight of your stay.

Inside, the condo is thoughtfully appointed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious master suite features a plush king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds even more flexibility, comfortably sleeping up to six guests.

Tucked within the intimate Sayana complex, you'll enjoy a peaceful and private setting with only nine exclusive gulf-front units.

Whether you're strolling along the shell-lined shores, soaking up the sun, or simply unwinding to the rhythm of the waves, Sayana offers the perfect balance of coastal charm and tranquility.

$300 security deposit required on all stays.

What a great place!!! The view itself can’t be beat and the direct access to the beach was perfect for our family. They had all the beach amenities available to enjoy a day relaxing by the water!! The condo itself was decorated beautifully!!

The unit was beautiful and well maintained. We loved the view of the beach and being able to walk right out to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella included was a big plus. The booking was easy and they went above and beyond to answer questions and give us suggestions for restaurants and other activities. Can’t say enough good things about the whole trip!!We will definitely be returning!Was a wonderful first trip!!Thank you!!

Absolute pleasure to stay at this property. Everything is new and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect being within a five-10 minute drive to anything you might need. Captiva is only a 20 minute drive. Directly on the beach with a great view. Next time we are looking for a relaxing get away, this will be our go to place.

The condo was beautiful inside, the host was so helpful. The only issue was that the pool was down and the elevators not working due to construction going on in the parking lot. The host did their best to try to accommodate us as I am disabled. Otherwise, or stay was excellent

What a treat. Where do I begin.... the condo was directly on the ocean with easy access to beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo itself was impeccable, must have been newly renovated. The owner choice of bedding, extra blankets and towels was high end. I rent out my condo in Hilton Head and my condo has taken a beating from my renters, I hope the renters respect the beauty of this lovely condo. If you are looking for a quiet end of Sanibel Island this is the place for you. My husband, myself and two older children really enjoyed the screened in porch. Thank you for making your home feel luxurious.

What an amazing find! Ill be honest, the construction in the area had us a little concerned, but the moment we stepped inside the unit, all I can say is our worries vanished immediately! The place was very clean and well stocked! The view!! Man, I could write about the location for days . The beach was so clean and private! Only a couple other families as far as the eye could see. The water was clean, calm, and full of shells!! Amazing. Simply put. Local eats at Mudbugs was one of our favorite! Ate there twice! And surprisingly the Mexican restaurant off Rabbit Road, the food is outstanding! Bravo Can I come back now
