This charming furnished 2BD/2BA town home is located all on one level on the first floor. Both bedrooms have attached full private bathrooms. LED flat panel television, wi-fi internet, large patio with furniture and nice weber grill on natural gas supply, full size washer and dryer in the unit. Community has two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, unit has it's own 1 car garage. 10 min (3.5 miles) to Del Mar Beaches and Powerhouse Park. 12 min (4 miles) to the Del Mar Racetrack. (1 mile) walk to award winning restaurants (Steak 48), bars, luxury movie theater, salons and grocery. Owners can make some great local recommendations if you like. Hope you enjoy our San Diego place like we did!
In the unique circumstance of a cancellation and dates are able to be re-rented and confirmed there may be a possibility of a partial refund depending on the amount of the new sale to re-rent dates. After a cancellation if we are able to re-rent dates for the same price or more based on the new number of people in the group, cancellations more than 6 months in advance of the arrival date result in an extra 15% cancellation charge. Cancellations that are re-rented more than 60 days before your arrival date result in a refund of up to 50% of the stay. For cancellations after 60 days before the arrival date all payments are non-refundable.
