Great location and great host!

We stayed here for a business conference at the JW. Very accommodating for three coworkers. The house was as described and the host, Becky, was very accommodating and helpful !Highly recommend !

Perfect

We couldn’t be happier . The location and house was perfect for my family. The owner even had a pack&play, toys and books for the kids. We only wished we could have had a longer vacation to enjoy the house. We fell in love with Marco Island and would highly recommend staying at this property. The owner goes above and beyond and thinks of every possible thing you may need! Thanks again

The property is as advertised, very well supplied, including kids toys and equipment. Becky is very available and communicates well. From this home, it is an easy walk to the beach.

Perfect Getaway!

First x to Marco Island. We loved the beach, restaurants & relaxing at the house! Enjoyed the convenient location & the house had everything we needed. The 6 of us enjoyed our trip! Becky was very easy to work with, prompt when we had any questions, and made our stay more pleasant.

Great stay will return for sure!

We loved the location, the amenities (robes, bikes, beach cart, pool floats, grill, etc etc ), the beds were so comfortable, pool was warm, we found lots of great restaurants nearby and we walked to the beach everyday. Our host Becky was very responsive and attended to our every request. We loved staying at this home and will return!

Great location and amenities!

We had a great time in Marco and this home was in a great location. We loved the pool and patio. It was great to have the bikes available and stuff for the beach. We had a great time!

Convenient and relaxing stay

Excellent family gateway!

Our family of 7 stayed at this beautiful home for the 4th of July celebration. The house is very charming, centrally located and is fully equipped with everything and anything you may need during your stay, including bicycles, beach chairs, beach wagon, towels, etc. Becky, the manager, was amazing, very accommodating and kept on checking on us during our stay. She also gave us great tips about things to do in Marco Island and nice restaurants to visit. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach, walking, and this entrance of the beach is more secluded, so the beach does not feel crowded at any time. We had a fantastic long weekend at this house and plan to come back. Highly recommended.

I am a realtor with designations as a Marco Island Specialist and Resort and Second Property Specialist on Marco Island. I originally lived on Marco Island as a child in the early 1980's. My family moved from Marco to Ft. Lauderdale in 1983 and I grew up there, raised my family there and finally, in 2013 had the good fortune to return to my childhood home on Marco Island. This is a magical place - it was wonderful to be a kid here and even more wonderful to enjoy this slice of paradise as an adult. I volunteer at the Museum, at the cat shelter, at the Art Center and for 2 women's clubs on the Island. I also served as an elected official on the city council. My job as a realtor allows me to share my love of the island with folks who have decided to invest in my favorite place on earth and in most cases, my clients become my great friends and neighbors!

This unique island style of this home is vastly different from most houses on Marco that can look more "suburban" than "island." I fell in love with its charm, metal roof, huge porches, screened, heated pool and open floorplan. I've decorated it with comfort and relaxation in mind. I have a 60 gallon saltwater fish tank that I could sit and watch for hours. Guests enjoy feeding my colorful tame creatures!

この宿泊施設の特徴

This house has lots of little interesting features. The third bedroom is a loft at the top of a spiral staircase. Two convertible couches make a fun sitting area, then change into two twin beds in addition to a super comfy king bed. A projector turns the loft into a fun theater room too! Each bathroom has a shower as well as a bidet on each toilet. The yard is landscaped with drought resistant succulents and Florida-friendly plants and has no grass, but loose Chatahoochee stone. So close to the beach, but no sand in the house! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to be sure everyone leaves the grit outside. Guests always remark that "it's even better than the photos!"
