With a modern kitchen, upscale bathrooms, a beverage center with a Wine Captain refrigerator, and one of the biggest lanais at the Somerset for enjoying intimate beachfront sunsets. The Sunset Suite Condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and unlike the Somerset end units -- it has a roomy foyer and a bonus room that can be used as den or sleeping area. It is ideal for several couples, golfers, tennis players or girlfriends looking for a spacious, upscale home to spend a relaxing week at the beach.
All Somerset renters will be emailed an application from the Somerset. Renters must pay the $153 application fee to the Somerset and submit for approval over 10 days before their arrival date.
We enjoy sharing our home with guests that will care for our designer furnished condo as if it were their own. Everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is a Ninja coffee bar for carafes, single-serve cups, and frothing. There are 4 smart flat screen TVs, including a new 70” smart tv with a sound bar, blue-ray dvd players, a large capacity washer/dryer in remodeled laundry room, stainless steel appliances, WIFI, etc. Whether gazing at waves while sipping your morning coffee or appreciating a glass of wine while watching the sun dip into the sea at the end of the day, you will cherish your time on one of the largest balconies at the Somerset. The comfortable couch and double chasie and designer mosaic table with dining for 6 is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the most amazing views of Tigertail Beach and the southern point of Marco Island.
Unwind in the master suite with beautiful Gulf views, sliding doors that open to the beachfront lanai, a private dressing area, a walk-in closet, a king size bed, and a gorgeous marble ensuite bathroom that includes a large walk-in multi-head shower.
The second bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with sparkling glass tiles, a walk in closet and views of the island and the Ten Thousand Islands that are scattered along Florida's southwest coast.
The third bedroom has a king bed and opens to a den that can be used for relaxing or work with a sofa sleeper and desk. The adjacent bathroom is welcoming with coral stone tiles and a large walk-in shower.
Beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, sand toys, an umbrella and a cooler are provided for "chilling" at the beach after playing in the waves and shelling on one of the best beaches in Florida. The condo is usually rented by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions to this generally incur higher rental rates due to vacant dates. To minimize wear and tear, no parties and or more than 4 visitors per day. The condo is not child-proofed.
