The second-floor great room is spacious and full of light thanks to a bank of western windows with an ocean view. With Craftsman details such as a coffered ceiling and hardwood floors, the living room has old-world beauty and contemporary amenities, including a large flat-screen TV/DVD and an in-wall gas fireplace. Surround yourself with family and friends on the leather sofas and open the door to the outdoor balcony for the sounds of surf and an ocean breeze. Great family-friendly neighborhood, quiet and clean. Easy walk to the beach, does include stairs at the beach. House had everything we needed including toys for the kids. Only scored 3 stars for cleanliness because of random stains on either bedding, rugs, staircase, etc around the house, mold in the clothes washer, bottles and garbage outside by the hottub, the extra standing fans were covered in dust and filth, and the freezer door was broken and fixed with black electrical tape. The garbage disposal was non-functioning and there were very wonky outlets in at least one bedroom. Towels were left in the dryer upon our arrival, but not all bathrooms had a hand towel yet, and there was only one dish towel for the kitchen in the entire house. Nice house, good stay, but could have been more put together.

Great Spring Break getaway

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this area and we have not been disappointed. The house is a short walk to the beach, has all the amenities we needed to cook our own meals and provided plenty to do for our tween girls (Air hockey, hot tub, games, privacy). And we were able to watch March Madness on the living room TV (though we couldn’t get the cable to work on the upstairs TVs). It was great to have a couple relaxing days away.

Bed bugs

The property itself was okay, but when we found bed bugs, we basically got kicked out and sent home, we were told that no hotels would take us because of the bed bugs. There was black mold in the dryer, the fireplace wouldn't work and the racks in the dishwasher wouldn't open. It was disappointing in all. We'd been looking forward to this trip for months and all we got was sent home and a refund. I think we should have been given a free stay at another location.

Quiet Beach Getaway

This property was super lovely, great for a couple days away from midsummer Portland heat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and had a lovely cafe in walking distance. Amazing beach, you could hear the waves from the bedroom!

Quiet beach retreat.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this cute and quiet neighborhood. The rental was peaceful and clean with a beach vibe. It was stocked with many of the items we needed for our vacation and it was close to many beaches we enjoy. The separates floors and 3 and a half baths were appreciated. You could vacation together but still have privacy. I would stay in this neighborhood again.

Fully equipped house

The house was nice and clean and had plenty of bathrooms. I liked the layout with three separate floors which provided separate spaces for our group (the night owls could sleep on a separate floor without disturbing others). The kitchen was fully equipped and there were lots of beach toys and chairs in the garage. I do wish both parking spaces in the garage could be used but there was too much stuff in the garage.

This rental was very clean and a great location. The floor plan was perfect in that no bedroom was directly above you. The 2nd floor living space separated the bedroom areas. The hot tub was a perfect temp and clean. We had a small issue with water heater and maintenance showed up within 15 minutes. We would rent this home again.

Great location

Great location, nice house. No black out shades so bring your sleep mask. Kitchen is sparse, no pot holders, spices, etc. Hot tub was great. overall a very good stay.
