Perfect home for families

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location was ideal along Bella Beach Rd just a short walk from the beachfront. The home is spacious and we were able to spread out among the many bedrooms, living areas, and the well-appointed media and game rooms. The hot tub was an excellent way to end the day after spending time exploring all the Central Oregon Coast has to offer. The hosts were responsive to our questions and the home was incredibly clean with all the amenities you might need. We look forward to visiting again someday!

Work retreat

very nice home, was listed with a pool table, however none of the sticks were any good to use. also it was listed as a 5 bedroom, one guest had to stay in a common area with no privacy. this was the largest issue with the house, should have said 4 bedroom, sleeps 5 big difference

Great family reunion

With a variety of ages, this property is great. There are plenty of beds, toys for the 4 and 7 year olds, a variety of games and space for the teens and enough room for everyone to eat at the same time in the same space. There was a dishwasher which didn't function and an empty propane tank at the grill when we arrived on July 3. Despite the holiday, a worker replaced the dishwasher when he couldn't fix it and delivered a full propane tank. We were impressed. Had a wonderful family gathering.

Home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and a 2 minute walk to a Sandy beach. We saw seal pups playing in the water. The hot tub and game room was a huge hit with our kids. We had some minor issues with the place but I definitely wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying here. The pictures show a meditation area and the kids were excited to use that as their diary room. That area no longer exists. Also it lists one of the rooms as having 2 twin beds but there is only one in there. There was no propane for the fire pit and, weirdly, there was no hand soap. There were empty hand soap containers in each bathroom and by the kitchen sink.

Thank you for the review and for choosing Meredith Lodging. We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, quick beach access, hot tub, game room — and those seal pups! What fun! And thank you for calling out the cleanliness. We will update the listing to address your concerns, housekeeping will replace the empty soap dispensers, and the maintenance team has been reminded to be far more diligent in checking propane levels between each stay. If there’s anything else we could have done to earn five stars, please message us through the Vrbo app; we’d really appreciate the feedback. We hope to welcome you back soon.
