Villa Paloma is located in southwest Cape Coral Cape Coral Pkwy just south of the. Many restaurants and shops are nearby and are partially reached easily on foot. Cape Coral is a popular destination for travelers from all over the world: Boaters can harbor about 2 km a boat and go rent directly into the Gulf of Mexico, find families with children, Snowbirds, and anyone looking for some rest and relaxation, here, many attractions are just a trip away, z. Example (Be sure to watch when you are here at Christmas!) Busch Gardens, the Everglades, the Zoo in Naples, the impressive Corkscrew Swamp, the Edison Home, Sun Splash Water Park in Cape Corral (summer only), various outlet malls and of course the stunning beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Iceland. Do not forget to bring a bag of shells!
For stand-goers, we have 2 x folding chairs, 1 x umbrella & cooler.

Great stay!

We always stay at this place when traveling to Fl. Right off the highway, and easy to check in and out. This place is clean, comfortable beds, And is in overall very good condition. Can’t say anything about breakfast because we always leave before it starts at 7am The area is busy with shopping and restaurants. I recommend this place.

We were late getting there and there were lights left on for us. That was so welcoming after a long day. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Publix and some restaurants. Heated pool was great. We enjoyed our stay!

Alles perfekt das Haus ist in einen tropischen Garten der Pool ist mit Palmen umgeben. Viele Geschäfte sind zu Fuß leicht zugänglich.

Exactly As Advertised

Everything was exactly like the pictures and description. Very clean and in a nice neighborhood that was perfect for walking. Also short walk to many restaurants and Publix. The house was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The pool area was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent stay at this property. We will definitely try and stay at this property again. At first glance house is amazing but as your are there you start to see the imperfections. Could really use a refresher and deep deep clean. I know Covid has prevented the owner from visiting in awhile but they really should visit soon as stuff is starting to wear down. Few notes so owner, property manager and fellow stayers are aware of as I would want to be: There are little instructions on stuff everywhere, I did like that all of light switches were well marked, but some stuff still needs it, did not know the pool ran on a timed schedule, I did ask management and was told the time. the stereo systems (has two), did figure one of them out and did only use once, but outdoor pool area has speakers but could not figure out how to get sound out of them. We went to make coffee and a moldy mildewy filter with used coffee was in there still. Light on stove, microwave, "surface light" did not work. As well as outdoor lights at front door. Sure it was just a light bulb thing. Living room TV blew out within the first five minutes of use. I called Manager right away and he did come over that day and sent a technician out to confirm both of our suspicions. This is total understandable and we only wanted to use it for dvd player to entertain grandkid while we unpacked and got settled in. Was no biggie, just letting people know how management handled this. Dining room chairs seat tops are flaking off and every time you use them you have a messy floor and have to sweep up consistently. Kitchen faucet has a crack and sprayer is broken on one setting. If not fixed soon this is going to be a major issue. Whole house could use a really good deep deep clean, ceiling fans, light fixtures, over head shelf spots, door jambs & trims need dusted, Master bath glass blocks has mold growing, master bath faucet is also leaking when in use and has lime build up. I know this is the south and there are bugs and a lot of them, ants in bath tub, lots of the gnats/fruitflies, big palmetto bugs but a good spraying of both indoors and outdoors could help the slow down of them, yes there was a lot. Pool area needs all the spider webs/bugs swept down, again common issues in the south, but something that should be taken care of often. Fountain in pool is broke and now is a nasty bug haven if not going to be fixed it should be permanently drained and covered. For your information.

Unfortunately we could through corona for almost 2 years now, we have not been abke to travel to the usa due to corona, we hope to be able to travael again at the end of the year to see what is broken or to be replaced. Greetings from Germany

Zentrale und ruhige Lage in Cape Coral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants um die Ecke! Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber trotzdem sauber und gut unterhalten. Alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Netter und freundlicher Ein/Aus Check . Vielen Dank an Herrn Müller👍🏼

Exactly what we wanted

The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything that you could need. The property manager, Bodo was very friendly and accommodating. The pool could have been warmer, but we found what we were looking for when renting this house. Peace and quiet. We had a GREAT time!

Nice peaceful area. Would definitely stay there again. Everything is there that you would need except a crock pot and baking sheets. Pool area was nice and a place you can sit all day long. Great home!

Great Vacation Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and a very convenient location for accessing area must-sees. Sanibel Island and Ft. Myers Beach are a short drive away. There is a Publix just a few hundred yards away, which, as we prepared the majority of our meals at the house, was great. We did eat out a couple of times and there are many unique restaurants close by. The house was very clean and neat. The pool area was very enjoyable and offered privacy. There was an issue with the TV/cable, but the circumstances were explained and understandable. Thanks to screen-mirroring and Dish Anywhere, we were still able to watch our network shows. In the past, we have gone the route of condo's, but after staying at Paloma House, we really liked having a pool and an entire residence to ourselves. When we return to this area, we will likely stay here again - and still have plenty of adventures to find that we didn't get to do during our trip this time. Would higly recommend this listing!

Enjoyed our first time visit to Fort Meyers. Location was good, restaurant suggestion were great, neighborhood felt safe and home was comfortable. Management responded to any questions we had quickly and clearly. Too bad weather wasn't warmer so we could use the pool.

Perfektes Urlaubsdomizil in super Lage

Eine sehr schöne Villa in sehr guter Lage. Pool nach Süden ausgerichtet. Durch die Bäume und Sträucher ist die Terrasse und der Pool nicht von außen einsehbar, was eine gute Privatsphäre bietet. Außerdem verfügt die Terrasse über einen großen überdachten Bereich, so dass man auch bei Regen gemütlich draußen verweilen kann ohne nass zu werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants um die Ecke. Zum Strand am Cape Coral Yacht Club fährt man nur 10 min. Und nach Sanibel sind es ca. 20-30 min Fahrt. Die Villa ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Durch die Aufteilung der Räume eignet sie sich auch bestens für größere Familien oder gemeinsam verreisenden Freunden, da man sich auch mal gut aus dem Weg gehen kann. Die Villa empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und kommen gerne wieder zurück. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Klarmann und auch an die Hausverwaltung!

My family and I were so impressed with the house - it was exceptionally clean and beautiful inside. We loved everything about it. The owner was great about answering our questions and reaching out to us to make sure everything went well. The house caretaker (checked up on us to see if everything was okay and shared instructions etc. was friendly and helpful. Great experience in every way.

Sehr schönes Haus in Top Lage, zu Fuß kann man in wenigen Minuten Geschäfte und Bars erreichen.

Schöner Urlaub es hat an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ein Traum der Pool voll mit Palmen umgeben sehr gepflegt. Dieses Haus kann man nur Empfehlen wir kommen wieder bis bald im schönen Cape Coral. Gruß von Willy mit Anhang

Leider wieder vorbei ......

Leider wieder vorbei..... aber schon wieder die Wochen für 2015 geklärt. Nachdem wie schon 2013 eine sehr schöne Zeit verlebt hatten, war der Wunsch zu dem "kompletten" Haus sofort wieder akut. Nach dem Aufenthalt 2014 würde ich sagen: Meine Frau und ich sind süchtig geworden. Wen der Flug nicht wäre, währen wir 2 - 3 mal im Jahr dort. Im Umfeld sind sehr viele gute Restaurants, Shopping Mall's, Männer passt auf Eure Kreditkarten auf. Mit dem Leihwagen sehr schnell an den schönsten Stränden. Fort Myers Beach hat einen so weißen Sandstrand, so das mann eine Sonnenbrille braucht. Zum Haus sage ich nur. lest die anderen Bewertungen, dazu gibt es nichts mehr zu sagen.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Es war unsere erste Urlaubsreise in die USA und unser letzter Aufenthalt führte uns nach Cape Coral in diese sehr schönen Villa. Alles ist sehr sauber, gepfelgt, großzügig und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben uns im Haus u. am tollen Pool sehr wohlgefühlt. Um die Ecke gibt es eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und der Strand ist in ca 35 Min. zu erreichen. Shoppingmöglichkeiten gibt es ebenfalls die nächste Mall ist 1 Std. entfernt. Wir empfehlen diese Villa bereits unseren Freunden u. Bekannten u. wir waren auch nicht das letzte Mal dort. Alles lief super Problems ab. Dankeschön + Viele Grüße G.u J. B.

tolles Haus+tolle Hausverwaltung=toller Urlaub

Wir waren dieses Jahr bereits zum 2. Mail in dieser wunderschönen Villa und es waren wieder fabelhafte Wochen, die wir verlebten. In diesem Haus fehlte es an nichts, alles da und eigentlich müsste man gar nicht raus um die Herrlichkeit zu geniessen, denn im Paradies war man ja bereits angekommen. Die Hausverwalter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, jedoch zu keiner Zeit aufdringlich. Auch als wir einen, durch Unwetter verursachte Stromausfall hatten, waren sie gleich zur Stelle. Wenn man ein Haus mit allem Komfort sucht, gleichzeit einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub erleben will, kann man hier aufhören zu suchen und gleich buchen. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal da.

Alles was man braucht für einen wunderbaren Urlaub

Die Villa bietet mehr als alle Bilder versprechen können. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt dort, die Kinder waren begeistert (5 und 6 Jahre). Will man einen ruhigen Tag genießen, bleibt man den Tag über am Pool, oder man nimmt eine der zahllosen Möglichkeiten in näherer oder weiterer Umgebung um Spaß zu haben. Vom Einkaufsbummel über Tierparks oder auch nur Muscheln suchen auf Captiva/Sanibel Island, welches ein Naturschutzgebiet ist wo einem geschützte Schildkröten begegnen, Rochen fast in Reichweite vorbeischwimmen und die Wasservögel sich nicht von der Anwesendheit der Urlauber stören lassen. Die Villa und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Technisch top ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Also ohne Einschränkungen zu empfehlen.

Super Haus mit großen beheitzen Pool

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa Paloma gehabt, echt ein Haus mit viel Komfort. Bestes war die Wärmepumpe für,s Pool haben das Wasser auf 29 C aufgeheitzt und am abend vom Pool aus gekühle Getränke verdrückt. Auch die lage ist hervorragent mit den Fahrrad in 8 min. zum Hafen, da war immer was los, zu Fuß über die Straße schon waren wir in einen großen Supermarkt da war alles was man braucht! Mit dem Vermieter lief auch alles prima, wir kommen wieder keine Frage Helga und Georg aus Lichtenfels
