Magnificent

Our stay at the property was outstanding from start to finish. Sven was there to greet us and was extremely helpful and Doris was delightful to see us off at the end. The views are impressive and the photos do not do it justice. The standard of cleanliness was impeccable and the beds super comfortable. The pool was a godsend in the heat and the we were able to unwind and relax in stunning surroundings. Overall, we thoroughly recommend this apartment having enjoyed a splendid holiday. Overall, nice place. Large spaces, great view, good communication with host who lives below. It’s all about the view, because the property lacks character or style being devoid of decor save one large print on kitchen wall and a fake cherry tree in living room. The bathrooms are very old with mold stained tiles and the cheapest of cheap body products, so bring your own. The second bedroom has NO shelves, closet or place to put clothes, you have to walk across the entire villa to the spare room that has a closet. This is not a “pool”, more like a large bathtub, with no circulating water or filtration, just a chlorine dispenser. There is an oven, but no oven mitts. You will have to pick up paper towels and/or napkins if you want to eat there. Plenty of parking but tight and difficult to turn around. Walking to the beach would not really be an option. Not trying to be mean, but we all rely on reviews to make our choices and I do not feel this was property was worthy of the almost FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS we spent to stay for one week. The views were stunning, but every place we have stayed in Ibiza had stunning views.

Was it all a dream ?

We are just back home from a lovely weekend in Ibiza.Leaving the big city stress behind we could relax for 2 days in the cocoon of the Buena Vista. We booked friday in the late afternoon.Saturday in the early morning everything was set.The owner received us at the Ibiza airport already with the keys of our rental car.15 minutes later we arrived at the Buena Vista with the fridge already well filled for the weekend.This appartement and specialy the view is the closest thing to heaven I have seen so far.We were just sitting and enjoying the view with great music from the internet.Our dinner we had under the magic light of the fullmoon shining over the sea...... Sunday morning breakfast in bed with this amazing view.Afterwards a movi from iTunes.By the way the beds are highly addictive.A dream view and a mattress made in Paradise.I do not know what they were made of but I never slept on something similar relaxing before. We did not leave the house until our departure on monday morning. Now as I am writing this in my cold and rainy hometown it seems all like a dream. Dear S.(the owner) please let me thank you this way for your perfect service.

Die Mietwohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und der Vermieter sehr freundlich und extrem gut zu erreichen. Um Anliegen wurde sich sehr gut gekümmert, ich kann nichts schlechtes berichten. Ein Besuch ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhaftes Apartment mit unglaublicher Aussicht auf das Merr

Einfach ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt mit einem sehr professionellen Gastgeber. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir hatten bisher noch nie so ein wunderschönes Apartment. Die Terrasse mit der Aussicht aufs Meer bis Formentera und Dalt Vila ist atemberaubend. Die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind sehr sehr komfortabel. Die Betten sind riesig und sehr bequem. Die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung war hervorragend.

Fabulous place to stay!

We loved this apartment. Incredibly spacious for a family of 4 and super clean. Sven was very helpful and we found the location beautiful. Recommend you get a car if you don't want to rely on taxis and want to explore Ibiza. Walking distance to Destino and down to the water for swims. Cap Martinet is a gorgeous neighbourhood and the view from the balcony with the pool couldn't be better. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Zum Träumen

Der Juni auf Ibiza ist etwas für Liebhaber.Die Sonne brennt noch nicht so heiss und die Insel hat noch viel Platz für jeden.Freunde hatten uns das Ibiza Bella Vista empfohlen. Wir hatten eine so schöne Zeit dort. Pool auf der Innenterasse,eine Aussicht vom Feinsten,alles tipptopp gepflegt und der Vermieterservice ist nicht zu übertreffen. Sehr zu empfehlen !

Zentrale Lage bei Eivissa mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Die Wohnung bietet reichlich Platz für 4 Personen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gut in Schuss. Was uns etwas gestört hat ist die extreme Fokussierung auf Zweckmässigkeit. Eine Matratze auf dem Fußboden ist eben noch kein richtiges Bett - auch wenn der Fußboden hier einen halben Meter höher gemauert und gefliesst ist. Alles ist extrem zweckmässig und funktional sowie für den Vermieter pflegeleicht gehalten wodurch die Wohnung sehr kühl wirkt und die Atmosphäre etwas leidet. Die Wohnung liegt nicht ruhig - früh morgens bis spät abends donnern Flugzeuge über die Wohnung. Immer wieder hört man Schüsse von einem benachbarten Schiessstand und abends beschallt einen ein Club. Das ist Ibiza und auch der zentralen Lage geschuldet - wer es ruhig haben möchte sollte allerdings eine andere Lage wählen. Der Vermieter ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und wohnt direkt nebenan. Auto wird benötigt - was aber auf Ibiza auch kein Problem darstellt. Alles in allem ein Objekt was wir trotz der kleinen Schwächen empfehlen können.

Einfach nur phantastisch!

Die Lage ist optimal, Blick über die Bucht von Talamanka, den Hafen von Ibiza Stadt, sowie auf die Weiten des Mittelmeeres und Formentera. Das Objekt liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne! Das Objekt ist grosszügig und komplett eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht, der Balkon ist nicht zu überbieten und ist nicht einzusehen. Man braucht ein Auto, kann aber auch einiges zu Fuss machen.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Fantastische Lage, ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Gigantischer Ausblick von der Terasse Absolut saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Tolle Betten. Unkomplizierte, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es jedem nur weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft Schön !

Diese Wohnung ist einfach nur TOP! Eigentlich kann man diese Wohnung mit keinen Worten beschreiben. Wir waren schon wirklich in vielen schönen Ferienwohnungen, aber die ist so unbeschreiblich schön, dass man überhaupt nicht mehr nach Hause möchte. Die Bilder entsprechen wirklich genau der Wohnung. Es ist so sauber, wie es wohl bei niemandem Zuhause ist ! Der Vermieter und seine Frau sind super nett und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Diese Wohnung hat eigentlich 10 Sterne verdient. Diese Größe und dieser offene Wohnstil, strahlt eine unbeschreibliche Ruhe aus und diese Terrasse und der Blick ist unbeschreiblich. Wir haben diese Wohnung schon wieder gebucht und freuen uns schon unbeschreiblich auf das nächste Mal. Danke an den Vermieter !!!!

To discover the island of Ibiza the BUENA VISTA is just the place to be.In the center of it all.The amazing views lift my senses every time I look. The spectacular nature and endless golden sand beaches of Ibiza are like a call of Paradise to me.The sweet aromas and the flavors of the mediteranien kitchen are everydays joy.We have been treated all the time with special care and this incredible appartement makes you feel on top of the world.

Ibiza 2013/2014

Silvester 2013 auf Ibiza war so schön. Willkommen im Paradis, sagte der Vermieter als er uns die Schlüssel gab und er hatte Recht. Das tolle Apartment bot einen Ausblick der mich dazu brachte ständig Fotos zu machen. Sonnenuntergang über Eivissa und der Weitblick aufs Meer. Dazu die schöne Terrasse auf der wir auch bei 18 Grad gemütlich in der Sonne saßen. Nach den herrlichen Ausflügen auf der Insel konnten wir uns super entspannen in dem großzügigen, klaren, sauberen, luxuriösen Ambiente. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die Vermieter waren bei allen Fragen immer für uns da. Wir wollen sehr gern wiederkommen und es definitiv weiterempfehlen.
