Aprox. Hermosa casa de 3300 pies ideal para nadar, pasear en bote y otras actividades acuáticas Perfecto para recompensar a sus empleados con un retiro frente al mar o simplemente una reunión pacífica con amigos y familiares.

La amplia área del río para nadar y una gran terraza ofrece muchas áreas para tomar el sol y relajarse en privado.

2 camas king, 2 queen, 2 camas matrimoniales, 2 camas individuales más 2 futones, uno en el dormitorio principal y otro en el loft de arriba, 2 cunas portátiles en el vestidor principal. Baño principal con jacuzzi y vestidor.

Mesa de billar, mesa de ajedrez, 2 bares, una gran sala familiar, chimenea, 3 televisores, Netflix en 2 televisores, internet inalámbrico, un reproductor de DVD, sistema de sonido con Bluetooth, estación de trabajo con una impresora conectada a wifi, libros, películas y juegos. Los muebles de exterior incluyen un juego de comedor para 6 personas con sombrilla, 6 sillones, fogata con un conjunto de cuatro sillas de patio, 2 hamacas, 6 sillas apilables, una nevera portátil y una parrilla.

There was 6 adults and 4 kids ages 2 to 7 and we had so much room for all 10 in the house and outside. The deck is perfect because it is all covered and plenty of chairs and tables to use. Had fun fishing off the dock, floating in the water and enjoying the beautiful sunsets at night. Cruised the bays in our boat at night and enjoyed the fast water during the day. Great place for large groups to stay and have fun!!

The location was great. Perfect for a nice large family get together. The home looks really nice, however some things could be fixed, like the microwave doesn't fit, the faucet doesn't adjust to spray, the water in the kitchen gets way too hot. The views from the patio were great. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean and well appointed. The pool cues all had broken tips. The paddle boards were missing plugs and would start to sink, and missing or broken fins. The Oars were mostly not in working condition. There were life vests. I was happy we brought our two boards. It was safe for our toddlers because there's a gate from the porch to the water. We used the bbq, but had to really clean it up and unclog it to get even cooking surface. Many pros and cons. We did enjoy our time there.

I have never written a poor review for a property before. If there was something wrong with the house I sent the host a private message but this house was so bad I feel it is my responsibility to warn other guests.The kitchen was not clean. The dishwasher was rusted and if it was operable I don’t think I would eat off dishes cleaned in it.It was hot, the thermostat was set to 86. We did not arrive until late so there was not time to cool the house down. We roasted the first night. Then the thermostat kept resetting to 86, making the stay unbearable.I turned on the jets in the jetted tub once, big mistake, the tub was flooded with float some. There were boogers on the wall in the bathroom.I don’t know where bedroom 5 is, maybe they mean there is a crib in the garage. There is not a futon in bedroom 4. There is a futon in an open area next to the pool table. There were mice in the mouse trap in the garage.When I texted the host they gave me a nonsensical response. The nicest thing I can say about this property is I liked the location and the tile in the main bathroom.

Kitchen was filthy. Needed a deep clean. Sticky food spills inside cupboards and on dishes. Dead roaches in traps and spider infestation in the kitchen. Contacted host asking for assistance and someone to clean. She threatened us with eviction 30 minutes after arrival. It’s unfortunate because the area is beautiful, the view is gorgeous but the home needs pest control and a very very deep clean.

My house has McCauley pest control and the cleaning company does a thorough clean. This group through a party at my house and the neighbors called me to complain about the noise she did not say she wanted to rent to throw a party and I asked her to leave and would refund all the money, they refused to leave and left my house a mess and filthy with broken dishes.

Large family stay

This place was great for accommodating our large family for 4 nights. We enjoyed the pool table, bbq, fire table, and made use of two kayaks. If you plan on swimming you will have to go elsewhere as there is lots of seaweed.

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early.The house was in a beautiful spot for our family gathering. The bed space was represented weird on the website compared to the actual places the beds were. We also found one crib instead of the two listed. We noticed that the house had a few things that needed to be updated or replaced. Fixing those would make a bid difference. The dock, kayaks, pool table, back patio, gas firepit and gathering space were HUGE pluses. We enjoyed our stay!

Good for a guys group. Best thing about the place is the outdoor deck and the boat slip. The place is tucked way in the back of the bay, however, and it takes about 15-20 min to get out to fast water. We also had a major problem with the kitchen plumbing. Water would not drain so had to use the laundry room to wash dishes.

Fabulous home in a great neighborhood!

Plenty of room for the entire family! Comfortable beds and plenty of towels! The House was spacious and clean! The family had a good time playing pool and chess! Was nice to sit out on the deck and watch the sunrise and sunset! Great memories were made for our family Christmas! I would stay again! The owners are very pleasant! Thank you to the Albert for letting us stay in their wonderful home.

We rented this property for a retirement getaway for some colleagues. There was a major sink backup/plumbing issue that occurred between the kitchen and bar sinks which caused a terrible smell and panicked bailing of water on our first night in the home. We contacted the owner and she sent a plumber to snake out the drains, but unfortunately the plumber didn't arrive until after 11pm so it was a very late night managing that. We appreciated the owner checking in with us the following morning to see how things were going and whether the problem was resolved. Thankfully it was.As mentioned by other reviewers, the home is in need of some updates. There were plenty of cooking pots and pans but the stove was sooooo slow to heat up that it took a long time to get our meals prepared. The fridge doors didn't have any storage (broken off). The dining room furniture is white and was dirty. Some of the outdoor furniture also needs replacing like the hammock and a chair or two, yet most were functional. It was a hot weekend. The air-conditioner was not very efficient, and we couldn't change the temp on the thermostat so it felt pretty hot at bedtime and some windows didn't open. Loved the kayaks and paddle boards! Our group thoroughly enjoyed them! Chatting on the deck with morning coffee and evening cocktails were highlights too.Overall, we had an awesome time with one another and that's the main thing, but some upgrades would make a big difference in the value of this listing.

Nice retreat

Though some features were surprising (shelves removed from the fridge, kitchen sink tap missing the switch to easily change it from pot filler to spray), the building is spacious, comfortable, and built for lots of different socializing spaces. We used 5 different locations/tables for different conversations, over the weekend, and each had strengths.
