SEASCAPE CONDOS 207 BEACH SIDE CONDO

This is cute 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the second floor of a beautifully maintained complex just steps to the Gulf of Mexico. With Wanna Wanna as your beach access and Stripes at the other end of the street the location cant be beat. There is a king in the master and 2 twins in the guest room and a pull out sofa. This is a second floor walk up. We have charcoal Bar B Que pits, a big heated pool, and Jacuzzi and a plush tropical courtyard . MUST BE 25 Yrs OLD TO RENT HERE SECOND FLOOR WALK UP. Because Home Away does not collect the 17% city and local tax, that will be collected before check in. We have no elevators on this property.

Close to a beach access. Great restaurant close by too. You are able to grab supplies at the corner store on the short walk to the beach. Loved it, great courtyard with a nice pool when the beach day ends.

Great stay for our family vacation. Owners communicated promptly during our stay. The shower area in one of the rooms is a little tight but I’m a tall guy so it may be ok for others. Shower heads could be better to help wash off the sand. While the AC did work very well to keep the place cool, it would’ve been better if at least the bedrooms had a ceiling fan or fan tower to help circulate the air better. Also an updated smart thermostat would’ve helped to set the temperature. The WiFi worked ok in the living room and bedroom next to it but no signal for the other areas of the condo which could be an issue if you have kids trying to use iPads or watch tv in the bedrooms. For the location this was a good stay and would recommend but keep in mind of the fan and WiFi situation.

Misleading

Property easily houses 4 not six. Has two twin beds in one room, master has 1 queen bed. Living room has a couch. Not a sleeper. If you are lucky you can have someone sleep on the couch. To house 5. Since we had family living within 15 mile distance we were able to get a air mattress. Also there was vomit in the walkway... other than that stay worked for us

Appreciated that it was very clean and short walk to the beach. The jr property manager called and texted us every day which was quite annoying, we’ve never experienced that in all our VRBO stays. We also thought it was a bit low to wait until the day before check in to let us know of an extra fee, that we had to break up our day plans to go in during business hours to pay.

Great mini vacation!

The property and condo was perfect for our mini getaway with family. Leah was always attentive when communicating with her. I wish we could've stayed longer but will definitely come back and stay at this rental property. Restaurants and stores were conveniently near so we were able to walk to several of our destinations. The beach was minutes away and we were able to walk there as well. Overall, it was was perfect!
