Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this beautiful oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This condo has been decorated to help you escape the hectic life you have left behind in order to find an ocean side tranquility. Stunning ocean views will relax you instantly. You will love the exotic cherry laminate wood floors throughout this condo. The great room has plenty of seating with a comfortable sleeper sofa and love seat. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf and the beach from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD TV with Cable and HBO. There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and seating for 4 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a regular coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The King size bed features a brand new memory foam mattress to ensure a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features a queen and a twin bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony or from the balcony off the back side of the condo you can watch the sunset over the Laguna Madre! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! We had the most wonderful time staying at this property at South Padre Island. Everything was clean and orderly as described, and the views from the balcony are incredible. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Wanna Wanna beach bar and short drive from the Blue Marlin supermarket. Soila, the property manager, was fantastic in responding to any needs or questions we had. Thank you so much, and we look forward to staying here again!

Excellent location with unobstructed ocean view from the condo balcony. Apart from the kitchen all other rooms in the condo have been nicely updated. Soila, property manager, was available to answer questions and help if needed. We enjoyed our stay!

Memorial Day weekend trip

The checking process was very easy. The condo was well appointed. The only negative was the parking. We had two vehicles and had to tandem park them in one spot. I was worried about getting my car bumped by walkers or bikers but that didn’t happen. We had fun at the pool and beach. South Padre has many things to offer for families traveling together.

Condo was just as described and looked just like the photos on the site. It was clean and provided amazing views that we were able to watch the sunrise everyday. They provide marked parking so no fighting to find a spot. (can fit two vehicles but only one truck). Within walking distance to restaurants, stores and gift shops.

We had an amazing time and most definitely will return! Great location with an awesome view! The Condo was super clean and well decorated. The check in process was very easy. It did get a tad loud at the pool but not too late. The only tiny detail is that we only used the dishwasher once because of a strong rotten egg smell - not sure if it’s due to not being used often perhaps? Overall an amazing experience!

When we arrived in the condo, the first thing we saw was the ocean. The view was AMAZING. From there, you can hear the sound of the waves and feel the ocean breeze. The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need is there. We would definitely stay there next time. I just wish it was pet friendly and check out wasn’t at 10am. Other than that I highly recommend this condominium. Go see it for yourself, you won't regret it !
