Bel appartement de deux chambres et une salle de bain, situé au deuxiÚme étage d'un bel immeuble sur Sunrise Dr.

Tuiles installées dans les chambres de l'appartement, lit king dans la chambre principale et le salon a un canapé-lit queen et un lit jumeau. La deuxiÚme chambre a un jumeau et un lit complet. Nous avons un pack et jouons si vous avez besoin d'un bébé. Chaque chambre a un placard.

La salle de bain a une douche Ă  l'italienne.

La cuisine comprend tous les appareils électroménagers, réfrigérateur, four, etc.

L'accÚs à la plage des résidents privés se trouve dans la rue et la clé de la plage est incluse, un parasol et des chaises.

L'immeuble est situé en face d'un supermarché, d'une banque et de restaurants. Le bùtiment dispose également d'une piscine et d'un parking.

L'appartement dispose du wifi, de la télévision et d'un téléphone local.

Great location. 10-15 minutes to baseball and Brickell area and a 10 minute walk to the beach. A bit small for 4 adults, but that's on us. Tiny kitchen, so cooking might be difficult, but the other spaces were better and very comfy.

The apartment was in a great location and was very clean. It met our needs well. The only suggestion I would have is to provide more information about check-in.

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and slept 5 adults comfortably. I wish there were clearer instructions regarding beach access. If we didn't have family that were there a few days before us, we never would have found the public access path. There were no keys there that were promised and no note to explain.

Run from this listing! False advertising! Terrible experience!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The place was a dump, unsafe, unclean, smelled awful. Dirty sheets with stains on them. The toilet bowl had stains and the seat was peeling. The kitchen had a broken door with no glass, just a screen, anyone could easily break in. There was throw up on the steps walking into the apartment. The pool was GROSS! The host was completely unreachable When I tried to reach her to tell her that I could not stay here as it was so gross, dirty and unsafe. She sent me a message to apologize and never responded back when I asked to be reimbursed as this was false advertisement. I called and called and sent several messages and was ignored. I had to call American Express to get them to open an investigation. I have pictures of everything I’m stating here. Save yourself a lot of frustration and do not book this place. It is absolutely disgusting.

Great location

Location could not have been better - lots of restaurants, shops within walking distance. Winn Dixie across the street. Apartment was very clean. Kitchen is very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Probably the only thing we would have liked was a TV in the living room area. Otherwise all good!!

Great location

Location was perfect. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check-in could have been better. Our stay was confused with another arriving the next day and we had to call a phone number to Chile twice to resolve, then wait past our check-in time for the unit to be ready. We were granted a one hour extension on the back-end for the confusion. The posting said there was a pool and a beach with private access that could only be accessed by a key. We had to call Chile again to find out that there was a public beach access now and that the location would be shared with us. It never was but we found the information online. (It's at the end of the road on a path to the left of a private beach club.) The pool had been closed since mid-November by the State of FL so we were unable to use.

Old but did the trick

It was clean, no tv in living area and blinds could use replacing in bedrooms, wouldn’t shut right and too much light first crack of dawn. Very low water pressure in shower. All these things are easily fixable, and vacant owners can’t fix what they don’t know about, so hopefully take this is an opportunity to make it better. Kitchen is tiny and while I did t here back from agent, regular coffee maker if you want to come prepared. Coming from back parking through a dark hall to get to units was a little creepy. Overall it was comfortable and great location. Winn Dixie, liquor and restaurants right across the street and beach in walking distance.

Great location. Closed to the Beach and within few minutes walk sĂșper market, drug store , restaurants and stores. Few minutes driving to Bizcaye ! Must do.

Great stay before cruising

This is a neat place to stay. Close to the beach, eating places and a CVS. It’s great that staying a single day is an option! Property was clean, owner was great and neighborhood is beautiful! Only issue we had was trying to get ahold of the owner upon checkin. Had to call via WhatsApp since the number was not based on the US. Not a big deal, but threw us for a loop. Once we figured that out, the owner was very responsive and took care of us immediately. Highly recommended!

Worked Out Perfect

Our family of five satyed here for two nights for my nephew's wedding. The location was perfect to all the activities and we were the envy of the family since most of them have to go off the island for accomodations. Would like to return and enjoy more of Key Biscayne

Super clean apartment in great location

Very clean and tastefully decorated apartment in a great location. As advertised, this was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with additional sleeping options in the living room. Full size dining table in living space was great. Kitchen was very small, but has full size appliances and all desired cookware, dishes, coffee maker, etc. This apartment was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay. And also really enjoyed the fresh roses upon arrival! Thank you.

Kitchen door missing glass panel

We stayed at this condo in March and unfortunately could not enjoy ourselves. We were not able to feel safe in the condo due to the door missing a glass slat in the kitchen. We could have been broke into that could have led to detrimental harm. We chose that location to feel safe and homey. I cannot believe we were able to even rent that space without a glass pane in the frame. A piece of cardboard taped does not equate safety. A hand could silently slip inside and unlock the door. A home is supposed to be safe. NO guests should be allowed to stay somewhere that is unsafe.

Vacation to see grandparents

We needed a place to stay with the family while visiting grandparents and this is our second time in this building. It’s a great location with basic amenities. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very narrow but updated and nice. The listing says 3 bedrooms but it’s really 2 bedrooms with two beds in the living room. Close to the grocery store and restaurants, beach access. It fit our needs
