Completamente nueva en el programa Luxury Beach Rentals, esta suite del piso 11 está frente al mar y ofrece espectaculares vistas del Atlántico azul desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar, la cocina y el balcón. El maestro cuenta con una cama king size, un televisor de pantalla plana grande y una entrada privada al balcón principal y un baño con dos lavabos, una ducha a ras de suelo y una enorme bañera romana. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king, el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama king que se puede convertir en dos camas individuales bajo petición y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen. También disfrutará de grandes televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones y sala de estar, lavadora y secadora, una cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y dos baños adicionales con encimeras de granito.

El complejo está ubicado en el corazón de Grand Strand, en una sección bastante orientada a la familia de la playa. The Cypress Room es un restaurante galardonado que sirve desayunos y cenas a diario, con opciones de almuerzo disponibles en el patio y en el bar de la piscina durante los meses de verano. Las actividades en el lugar incluyen el complejo de piscinas cubiertas y al aire libre, que incluye un río lento, tres piscinas, spas, piscina infantil y formaciones en cascada / roca con vista a la playa junto con un gimnasio y césped para broncearse. We had a great time. Unit is as described. We even got to check in early which was a life saver with little ones. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. Location was ideal . We love Island Vista. Only suggestion would be to include beach chairs in the unit. Other than that we had everything we needed. We will be back!
Lazy River is a blast.
Pool area is beautiful.

We loved out stay here. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds very comfortable. Full size washer and dryer. Spacious room so everyone was comfortable. Beautiful views and nice furniture on the balcony. We were told ahead of time that we wouldn't have use to luggage carts, but no big deal, we took our wagon and parked on the same floor as our room. No elevator necessary. The garage is a little tight to maneuver, but not a lot of traffic, so manageable. We will definitely stay here again!

First Stay at Island Vista

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first stay here. We normally stay at South Wind. We like South Wind much better. Island Vista was pretty but several things we didn’t care for. We had to evacuate due to fire alarms twice during the week, once within 5 minutes of arrival and once at 10:30 pm. Security guards were everywhere, even sitting poolside monitoring things which made us wonder why they had a need for security. On the last night we went down to the restaurant and there was one table of 6 seated and eating, a few people sitting outside, but an otherwise empty dining room. They wouldn’t seat us (just 2 people) because we didn’t have a reservation. The room was nice but there were some issues with it. The primary bath caulking was mildewed, there was a cracked panel on the door to the bedroom, the sink in the kitchen wasn’t mounted correctly, the LVP flooring had gaps. We still had a great time but we felt like this place was more like a hotel than a resort. Parking and the condos at South Wind just seem to be a better fit for us. It was nice to try something new but we now know we like predictability. Booking and check in/out with LBR was great as usual. It was just our property choice we were disappointed with.

Great Spring Break Family Getaway

Good location and pool options

Was good overall! Good location and my kids loved the pool. Only issue I’d say was how they only provide you 1 trash bag for the whole stay but definitely not a deal breaker. Grout in shower in main bedroom did have some black spots unsure if mold?- other than that unit was very clean. Would stay again.

Beach Retreat

We stayed at Island Vista which sits right on the beach! We loved the view and the convenient location. We liked that it was away from the boardwalk and all that craziness. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. We did some cooking and found plenty of cooking utensils as well as a small crockpot, air frier, coffee/Keurig, toaster, toaster oven and plenty of wine glasses and dinner ware. The main bedroom has an ocean view, the other two rooms look out onto the hallway. The family room has a big sliding door out onto a good sized porch with chairs to enjoy the view. I would recommend this property!

This condo is exactly as listed and more. The condo itself is beautiful and the location is perfect. The views of the ocean are stunning and provided a much needed break from our busy schedules. The property manager was very responsive and replied quickly when we had questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway

Our stay at this condo was absolutely perfect! The unit was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and with stunning ocean views. Waking up to the sight and sound of the sunrise and waves was perfection.The location was great, it was close to things, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true retreat. The amenities were fantastic, and the kids had an amazing time enjoying the pools and beach access. The highlight of our trip was spotting dolphins from the balcony.This condo exceeded our expectations, we highly recommend it.

Wonderful Holiday Escape

This property is just like the photos. Very well appointed kitchen, nice homey touches and very clean. We stayed for 12 days over Christmas and really enjoyed the oceanfront location; when we had problems with the plumbing the rental company was really prompt in fixing our issue(s). I can highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great location and lovely property to enjoy some beachfront vacation time.

Accurate listing, great location, slightly clunky experience

The accomodations were great for our group of four (one couple, two singles). We were able to walk to a really fun bar (Jimigans!) and having a kitchen was a plus. But if I were staying again (and I would), I would book with the resort directly. Booking through VRBO added lots of off-putting bureaucratic layers--a separate call to verify our ages, additional paperwork, constant admonitions to not trash the place, and all the check-out processes you expect from a rental...but with the impersonal touch of a hotel (AND hotel check-in/check out procedures!). Just book directly and enjoy a full resort experience.

Glen the musician in the evenings and the fire pits was a really nice surprise. Some deep cleaning needs to be done but we were there at the end of the season so hopefully that will happen during the winter months.
