Luxury at its finest!

Beautiful 12th floor unit w/ huge oceanfront balcony providing panoramic ocean views. Featuring floor to ceiling windows / granite countertops in kitchen and all bathrooms / large walk in shower and flat screen tvs! Brought to you by Luxury Beach Rentals, this 3 bedroom suite on the 12th floor is oceanfront and offers spectacular views of the blue Atlantic. This condo offers an oceanfront master bedroom with king bed and access to the huge oceanfront balcony. The master bath offers granite counter tops, double vanities, a large walk-in shower and tile flooring. The second room offers two queen beds and the third room offers one queen bed. Other features include flat screen smart TVs in every room, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, this condo creates a large and spacious stay for you and your guests. the resort is located in the heart of the Grand Strand in a quite family oriented section of the beach. Activities on site include the indoor and outdoor pool complex which includes a lazy river, 2 pools, 4 hot tubs and children’s splash pool all overlooking the beach along with a fitness center and tanning lawn.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed the space and had plenty of room for the entire family. The condo was clean and ready when we first entered. We loved the view and the outdoor pools were fun. The indoor pool was closed most of the week which was a bummer.

Easter holiday family stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. The indoor pool was nice, since the outside air temperatures were a little cool, but the children still enjoyed the hot tub and the lazy river. Right on the beach and our 12th floor views were spectacular. Enjoyed sunrise every morning from the balcony. Easy check in and check out.

Great Location

We loved the location and access to so many things within walking distance. The beach was perfect. The resort was somewhere we would come back to. The condo needed some cleaning when we arrived but otherwise all was well.

Cook Family Vacation

Our stay was positively awesome!! We were very fortunate to have great weather, in the month of February, to be able to walk the beach and sit on the balcony! Our location was terrific as it was very accommodating for all events and restaurants from which we wanted to participate. Will definitely use this condo again and recommend it to anyone vacationing in Myrtle Beach!

Wonderful location and views of the ocean

We had a very relaxing vacation. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean the condo was. It looked like the bathrooms had recently been remodeled and the flooring replaced throughout. We loved the direct ocean views too.

Fabulous Unit and Location

Unit was comfortable, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Property amenities were great, pools and hot tubs were clean. Place wasn’t too crowded and the private beach was beautiful. Great central location, quiet but close to all the major attractions. Excellent vacation spot, can’t wait to return!

Enjoyed the ocean views!

Loved the place. Overall, easy check in, listing was accurate and huge upside of pool and lazy river on site for the kids to take a respite from the beach all day. Only recommendations would be they only give you one TP, garbage bag, paper towel, etc. and no basic ingredients (ie salt and pepper for cooking). Stayed at others that are little more accommodating but overall a great space and stay.

Great view!

Very nice property. Clean and neat. Fairly newer appliances as best we could tell. Only used the dryer while there. Just a couple of small dings…. Bring your own pillows if you prefer something firmer. Roku remote was missing from middle bedroom. And the room lights, with the exception of the kitchen,were very low wattage. Will definitely recommend to others and book again.
