Svegliatevi circondati da fantastiche viste sull'acqua nella nostra casa sulla spiaggia, soleggiata e ariosa! L'open space offre una splendida vista da ogni stanza della casa. Il livello principale ha una cucina, soggiorno, camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno e accesso ai ponti con una bella vista sull'acqua. Il livello inferiore ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con un divano letto e accesso a un patio, con scale fino alla spiaggia privata.

Goditi le sedie a sdraio sulla spiaggia, nuota nella laguna, o fai portare i kayak direttamente in spiaggia da una delle compagnie di noleggio a Vineyard Haven. È un bellissimo ambiente privato, ideale per nuotare, andare in paddle board, pescare, ecc. Abbiamo aria condizionata centralizzata e riscaldamento a seconda delle necessità. Abbiamo WiFi, tv via cavo e Apple TV per lo streaming, o goditi i giochi in salotto mentre guardi le meravigliose vedute d'acqua!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home overlooking Lagoon Pond. We appreciated that the house was well stocked with everything you might need in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area. Dan was a great host - easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. We plan to stay here again next year!

Dream vacation

Exceptional!

This two level home is perched on a beautiful hill overlooking the lagoon in a quiet neighborhood near Vineyard Haven and a little further is Edgartown. There is access to a small beach with lounge chairs. We rented a kayak which was delivered by water from Vineyard Haven and it was lovely to be on the lagoon. The property is very clean and fully and thoughtfully loaded with all the comforts one would need - coffee, hair dryer, toiletries, towels, etc. There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, detergents and dryer sheets. The house has three decks. Parking is on site and there is a beautifully manicured area from the parking site to the home. A groundskeeper cleaned the property during our stay. The photos are very accurate and the hosts are extremely responsive and welcoming. Our family of 5 greatly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get Away

What can I say! This home was perfectly situated on a private road and beach. The views were amazing. The home is tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. There wasn’t one thing that I needed that wasn’t already in the home. From coffee pods to seasoning for those that chose to cook while on vacation. I would absolutely stay here again. Dan and Nikki were great hosts.

This is a wonderful house on a very private road, Dan was a very responsive owner that communicated early and often about the house. The entire experience was above our expectations with the property and owner. I would recommend this property and will stay here again.

Terrific property located in a very quiet neighborhood but within a 5 minute drive of vineyard haven and 15 to Edgartown. The property was clean and in great shape. Definitely will stay there in the future again.

Our vacation was everything we wanted! The house was perfect for two couples who like to read, cook and laugh together. The internet access was very good, the kitchen well appointed. The beds! We slept like babies, I requested the brand of the mattress. Extremely clean and well maintained. We will be back.

A wonderful place for a week on MV

House had everything we needed for a great week. We're always appreciative of hosts that provide the things that you need so you don't have to buy: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. And they also provided all toiletries and other essentials like bug spray! We loved the location for SUPing and kayaking. So close to Vineyard Haven too. Highly recommend!!!

Great house

First time renting a VRBO. Dan was very patient and helpful with the process and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was exactly as described and comfortable for my family of 5. The location is very convenient as well. Look forward to coming back to MV and staying here.

Perfect island abode

Lovely home was better than described . It was very comfortable, modern and just right for my husband, myself and our two sons who are in their 30s! We came to the island to attend a wedding this weekend in Edgartown, and we enjoyed being a short distance from town in a lovely picturesque setting. Dan was responsive throughout our booking procedure and all was perfect. We will come back and stay here again!

This home has an amazing setting, with outstanding water views and a great, quiet location yet close to town. The house is very comfortable and well equipped, including all the necessities such as kitchen and bath supplies. The interior of the home is beautiful and well maintained. We felt right at home. Dan was great to deal with, would love to come back. Rent this home!

5-star property

We absolutely loved our stay in Vineyard Haven. Incredible views, very comfortable, fully stocked, and close to everything. Dan is a very helpful, accommodating, and communicative host. It is true what he says in the listing about the dirt road to access the property. There are two entrances to the dirt road. One is very bumpy and challenging, but the other one was totally fine in our little VW Jetta. I highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful, luxurious, five-star property.

Beautiful home, stunning views, perfect location

We spent a lovely Thanksgiving week with our adult son at Dan and Nikki's beautiful home. The house is incredibly well-equipped and very comfortable and the location on the lagoon allows for incredible views from every room and hiking paths right outside the door that lead all around the wooded area and down to the water. We could not have been more pleased overall and would return in a heartbeat.

Labor Day Stay

This was our first time on the island and we could not have asked for a better place. Dan and Nikki were great to work with and their communication was above and beyond each time. The house is just perfect and so clean! Just being able to enjoy the serenity and watch from the deck having a morning coffee was pure joy for us. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking to check out MV. Will definitely rent this location again! Top Shelf experience for us!
