Maison de ville spacieuse 3BR End Unit à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage. * Nouveaux étages *, piscine communautaire et tennis, à pied de la plage et du centre-ville. Conception de trois chambres avec grand salon, salle à manger et cuisine ouverte qui mène à un joli patio et une cour privée. Trois chambres à l'étage (une suite parentale). Draps et serviettes non fournis mais disponibles à la location moyennant un supplément.

Pendant la haute saison (mi-juin à mi-septembre), les locations hebdomadaires du samedi au samedi sont préférées.

Comfortable stay

Home is well apportioned, kitchen had everything we needed, and the beach items from the shed made the walk to the beach easy! Really enjoyed our stay. The pool is also super convenient for relaxing, too.

Great Space

We’ve been visiting Bethany for over a decade. This space was so comfortable and spacious- great location and bonus of pool and tennis courts. Owner Chad was lovely and accommodating- offering recs for area activities and restaurants. Perfect spot for a great family vacation at the beach.

We had a great one-week stay here with our two kids. Located in a quiet, private neighborhood, it is within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had some issues with initial check-in, but the host was responsive and went above and beyond to correct the problem. The house is not new and some of the furniture is a bit worn, but it was clean, comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials including a Keurig coffee maker. I can definitely recommend this place, especially for families with kids.

Excellent location

The location of this property was ideal for getting to the downtown boardwalk area and the beach. The property owner was very easy to communicate with which I appreciated . In addition, we really liked having the community pool so close!

A wonderful house for a family beach vacation

Our family of 4 has stayed in Bethany Beach for many summers and this was our favorite house yet. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach, but in a quiet, pretty spot, with no highway noise. The house was clean, spacious and very comfortable for my husband, me, and our two (very tall) young adult sons. We loved the outdoor shower, the grill, the great layout of the house, and the comfortable beds in each room. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and gave us great tips about our stay. We had a wonderful week. Thank you!!

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was for 2 nights. Every thing was great. easy check in and out. The house has everything we needs, and more than what was posted. The location is great. walking distance to the center and the beach. Chad, the owner was very responsive to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again

Process great - property needs some attention

Chad was a great host. Very communicative. The listing is accurate, but it is the things that aren't addressed in listings that need some attention and are hard to see such as quality of mattresses and worn condition of furniture. I have shared some suggestions with Chad, so if he indicates that they have been addressed, this will be a great stay. The community is lovely and the location really is fantastic.

4th Stay and Counting

Last week was our 4th time renting this house. If THAT doesn’t speak volumes, I don’t know what does! Truly, it feels like our own at this point. Everything is always as we expect to find it, with little improvements evident with each visit. This time, it was a new table on the deck. Weather predictions caused us to plan for lots of indoor time and we brought games and puzzles from home. We needn’t have bothered. The house is well-stocked with all sorts of rainy-day activities. That, plus the weatherman was wrong and we had fabulous beach weather after all. Bethany Pines is its own oasis…a hidden gem. Refer to my earlier reviews for more details. Also, Chad is an extremely responsive host.

Great time!

Lovely house, convenient location to beach and boardwalk, and lots of fun. Everyone enjoyed themselves. House was well-stocked, clean and very cute! Beach was super crowded but this is pretty typical at BB. Would definitely rent here again!

Pining for Bethany Pines!

Bethany Pines fits the bill perfectly for our annual vacations in Bethany Beach and this house - and host - have become our favorite. For context, we have rented 4 different houses in this complex. What we love: Peaceful development with centrally located pool and tennis courts; safe biking area for kids. Easy walk to beach and town center. House is an end unit with great side yard (think croquet and can jam). Vinyl plank flooring has been a great improvement. Comfortable upholstered furniture vs. wicker. Charging ports on bedside tables. Nice reading lights. MB has double shower head with great water pressure. Kitchen has everything we need. Tip: Renters might bring a mattress strap for converting twins to king bed. Host was very responsive. We can't wait to return!

Perfect location

First time staying at Bethany Pines. The house was clean with nice touches like vinyl plank flooring, Alexa thermostat and Apple TV. The location was perfect. Easy walk to beach and local shops restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Great location!

Townhouse is in excellent location to the beach and town -- very manageable walk even with kids. Having a park nearby and a pool within a stone's throw was also great. My family and I had a great time!

All Signs Point to Bethany Pines!

Bethany Pines has been our standing destination at Bethany Beach for 10 years. We have stayed in this house before but the current owner has made many nice improvements: Vinyl plank flooring , new countertops, composite deck, keyless entry. We want to return! This is a conveniently-located, quiet and safe neighborhood for kids and if you have several families vacationing together like us, having separate dwellings in a circle around a pool fits the bill perfectly. The owner was quick to respond to all of my questions.
