Attractive and fully-equipped, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo at Ocean Club 1 on A1A and the Oceanfront. New flooring, paint, storage closet, and fully equipped for a very comfortable stay. Close to the beach access and 60 steps to the Oceanfront pool. The unit is near the elevator and has one designated parking space. A small, 20 unit complex, with friendly neighbors. The pool is visible from the patio and the patio opens to a well/maintained grass lawn. The condo is adjacent to Jaycee Park and easy access to the boardwalk. Secure WIFI, 3 Smart TV's (you can sign-in with your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or Hulu accounts) Washer/Dryer in unit. Attractively decorated space, well-equipped kitchen, master suite with comfortable queen-sized bed, guest bedroom with convertible king-sized bed (can be used as to 2 twin beds if needed), recently renovated bathrooms. Linens, towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided. Enjoy Vero in comfort!

Fabulous condo for a family vacation!

Our stay at Donna's place was fantastic because everything was SO seamless. Donna is absolutely wonderful -- her home is clean, check-in was easy and was always responsive to her communication. She truly made us feel so welcome! The condo is great as you can walk right outside, the park is on the other side of the wall ( w/ a 5-year-old) and the pool and beach are right there! I loved leaving the door open and hearing the sounds of the ocean while we read and watched the sunsets.

Lovely visit

I enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were clean and provided all the comforts of home. Just a short walk to the beach and pool. The grounds were beautifully groomed and well maintained. There was some construction but it did not interfere with our visit. Would recommend to my friends. Donna was very nice and stayed in contact with me through email and txt and phone conversations.

Loved the condo and the area. The owner e-mailed me to make sure it had been cleaned when we arrived. Very thoughtful and considerate. So close only steps to the beach and pool area was great too. Plus a great boardwalk along the beach is right there.

Donna is a retired teacher for the Department of Defense Schools.. Her mom, Dixie, lives in Richmond, Virginia and travels with her daughter as often as possible. They are now able to enjoy the beach, turtle-watching, shopping, museums, and great restaurants when they stay in Vero.

Why they chose this property

Small, ocean front community and very few people along the north side of our beach. Adjacent to Boardwalk and comfortable walk to downtown Vero. Turtle nestings and hatchings as close as the sand at our beach stairs.

What makes this property unique

You will love listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean as you enjoy coffee on the patio. The beach is only steps away where you can take long walks and enjoy the natural beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. The Riverside Theatre, Vero Beach Museum, and a walk-able downtown area are just some of the features that makes this location one of the best places to vacation.
