I'm very sorry the internet outage on such short notice disrupted your trip and affected your plans. I understand how frustrating that must have been and want to assure you we are working to get to the bottom of the internet issues. Spectrum says they are due to the ongoing work on the lines nearby that should be completed shortly, and we will make sure that's the case once the work concludes. The maintenance team remedied the electricity issue and are looking into replacing the wifi equipment to increase speed and reliability. Thank you for sharing details about your stay so we can know where to improve. I'm very sorry that so many issues impacted your visit — that is not at all the experience we want guests to have. We will add safety measures to the front step, repair or replace any damaged window screens, and replace the broken upstairs fan. Housekeeping will perform a deeper clean around the exterior doors, and we’ll increase the number of hand towels and washcloths to match guest needs. The large grill will be inspected and either professionally cleaned or removed, and we’re working with our internet provider and planning equipment upgrades to resolve the connectivity problems.
