Great time with family - lovely waterfront

Great house, big kitchen, fantastic screen deck, lovely neighborhood for walks with plenty of deer sighting. Would rent again.

Great Lake vacation!

We had a great trip to lake Norman at this house! The listing is accurate, the yard and dock are fantastic outdoor spaces and the screen porch is absolutely enormous. Even with temps approaching 100 degrees our week we had a wonderful time. Good fishing and great spot for kids to swim. We are planning to come back next summer!

Great time. Excellent location on the lake and near grocery stores and restaurants. This was our second year at the house. We brought our boat and had a terrific time. The house was clean, well kept, and comfortable.

Thanksgiving Family Getaway

This home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The view and access to the lake was perfect. Would love to come back in the future.

Great Vacation on Lake Norman

Great house. Bedrooms were all great size including a very large kids space on the second floor. 4 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, nice living room and an incredibly large screened porch over looking the lake. Great backyard with firepit, dock and lake views. The property owner/manager Cliff was also great with communication. We highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful & Serene

Beautiful and serene lake front cottage. The location is fabulous and the cottage is cozy and well kept. Cliff, our host, was extremely attentive and helpful. The house is very well equipped and spacious. We highly recommend this place, we had a great time. The only recommendation we would make is to renew the towels but other than than, everything was great. Thank you Cliff for being such a great host.

Family lake vacation

Almost everything was perfect for our stay. Loved the location. Loved the screened in porch, dock and fire pit. House was clean and in good shape with almost everything we needed. It was an awesome place for our whole family! The only complaint we have is that there was just one trash bag, only 4 cup coffee filters and every soap dispenser had barely enough to cover the bottom. One trip to the store and we got all we needed. Just things that are provided other places we've been. But overall, it was wonderful and we would recommend this house to others.

Ladies trip

Amazing location with a beautiful view!! It was an awesome experience from the time I booked, to the stay and check out. There was adequate bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, open kitchen/dining room, and outdoor areas. Loved the screened in porch! Lots of space for 8 ladies to spread out and enjoy. The property manager communicated well and always 100% responsive.

Family Vacation

Our family of 11 enjoyed a week at All Decked Out. The large porch accommodated us for all of our meals and we used the inside dining table for doing puzzles. The lake was wonderful and there was always a breeze on the dock, which was needed since the temperatures were in the 90s. It was not clear from the website’s description, that one bathroom had to be shared by 2 bedrooms, but we made it work. There was a shower in the laundry room that could be used. All family members agreed that we would return at a future date.

Family vacation aka a special occasion

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Spent a week with my adult children/spouses and grand baby. The screened porch is a game changer. The lake is clean and inviting. Plenty of space inside and out. 4 full bathrooms 5 large bedrooms. Loved it. Fire pit is a great way to end the day. Will definitely go again!!

Amazing stay at All Decked Out! Our family of 9 adults and 2.5 year old had plenty of space to spread out and be entertained. The flat yard made for an easy walk to the dock where we spent a lot of our time swimming, fishing, and boating. The screened in porch was the main hang out spot when we needed a break from the sun during the day and mosquitos at night. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked every night for 10 people! Communication before, during, and after our stay was a breeze. Electronics were accidentally left behind and Cliff mailed them to a family member in Ohio, no questions asked! We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Wonderful stay, would return

The house was spacious and comes equipped with everything you need for the bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoors. We loved the covered patio, fire pit space (wood was provided), plenty of parking, convenient to Harris Teeter and restaurants. One item to note, to access the upstairs queen bedroom, you have to enter the bonus room first which has a door at the top of the stairs. So the twin beds are not exactly in their own room. Recommend a stay at this house.

Love the location

The locations is fantastic! We love the boat ramp and covered dock. The size and layout of the house was great too! Although the decor was cute, there were lots of stains on the couch, some of the towels and bed linens were also stained and the sheets were very thin. The white hand towel that was hanging in the master bath when we got there had make-up stains all over it. We would rent again, but would love to see a few minor updates.

Great Communication and Stay

We had book this property and had a family emergency come up. Cliff was so easy to work with and had everything taken care of. He was extremely responsive and answered all our questions. He helped us find a place to rent a boat, things to do in the area, and helped us get firewood for the week we were there. He was so nice, check in was easy, and the house was great. Would absolutely go back or rent with him again at one of his other properties.

Great location!

Had a lovely family vacation. Lake access with minimal stairs was perfect for worn out knees. Easy parking for vehicles. Well kept flat yard allowed for plenty of cornhole matches. We enjoyed the fire pit and indulged in s’mores. The swing was a delight. The location was great for fishing and paddle boarding either in the cove or boating up to nearby undeveloped shores of Lake Norman State Park. The dock was spacious and worked well for tying up the rented pontoon boat. The screened in porch was spacious and what lovely views of the lake! Nice house layout with plenty of bathrooms and hot water. Grocery stores and shopping nicely convenient. Oh, and flyby entertainment with the nearby airport - nice for a former pilot.

Ideal Location for Family Getaway

This was our third stay at All Decked Out and, once again, it did not disappoint. The covered porch and deck are enormous and have plenty of seating for a variety of needs (comfy chairs and rocking chairs for relaxing, table and chairs for meals). We made good use of the fire pit for nightly s'mores. Our pontoon boat fit perfectly in the covered dock slip, which made getting in and out a breeze. We spent the warm days kayaking and fishing off the dock and in the cove. We spent the rainy days playing games on the covered porch and fishing under the covered portion of the dock. The boat ramp on site saved so much time getting the boat in and out of the water. Thank you again for another wonderful visit! We will be back!

Family Christmas Get Together

It was a wonderful location for our family get together from 3 states - NC, KY and FL. There were adequate bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces and outdoor area. The home is in need of some TLC and some upgrades to some of the household items. We were grateful for our family time together……

Family Vacation

All things were as presented with the exception of an empty propane tank. This was quickly remedied with trip to Harris Teeter with the property manager indicating he would reimburse us. The highlight of the house is the huge screened in porch where we ate all meals, enjoyed the view and escaped the rain. Fun times!!!

Checked the big boxes for us ! Like flat lot, good fishing, space to spread out with a split bedroom design, a porch to enjoy plus store your activity gear, a deep water dock with shade cover, and last but not least, a nice neighborhood. Owner was always 100% responsive. Cliff has his game down pat !

Wonderful Family Getaway

This was our second stay at the property and it did not disappoint. The Easter Bunny even found us! We fished and kayaked from the dock. Our seven year old probably caught (and threw back) 100 sunfish. He was in heaven! The private boat ramp was convenient and the slip had plenty of room for our pontoon. The peaceful location, sunny weather, calm water and family time we’re just what we needed. Thank you! We’ll be back again for sure.
