Horrible communication with the owner, first off. The entire apartment is a giant safety/health hazard. Had to leave after the first night and would have left sooner if it wasnt for the late arrival. Was expected to sleep in a bed with fecal matter and other unknown stains. Everything was filthy. Bathroom is falling apartment, uncomfortable futon is held up by paint cans. Toenail clippings were found in the apartment. The owner never responded, had to call the horrible costumer service to reach him and they couldn’t even get to him except for the first night, when he promised a refund that was never given.

Renter beware false advertising.
Our apt.was not the one in the picture. There was only a futon and a role out bed and tv in living room.the bed room had only a bed and portable air conditioner in it (very loud). This was advertised as a luxury apt. No central air, no dish washer,no ice maker or trays to make ice. No towel racks, hardly any hangers. Hardly any dishes (no bowls). Hardly any pots and pans. Small window unit AC. Very loud and inadaquit for living room. Poor excuse for a rental apt.
