Cute 3 bedroom Lockwood near Port Ohope between the ocean beach and Ohiwa harbour. First time ever listed for holiday rental.

Great for beachlovers, boaties and kayakers. Boat ramp nearby. Lovely area for young families with picnic areas and a playground nearby. At the peaceful end of Ohope but only a 5 minute drive back to central Ohope, cafes and the beach mini mart for more serious supplies. Great terrain for leisurely cycling on the flat or plenty more challenges for the serious cyclist.

The Port Ohope area has many of its own attractions with the Wharf for fishing and the Spit for waterskiing and water fun, and Ohope Golf Club a 5 minute drive. Port Ohope dairy and takeaways close by. The Ohope Chartered Club is only a few minutes drive away offering good bistro meals.

There is also nice takeaways at the Port and a very nice restaurant which overlooks Ohiwa Harbour.

Special conditions: Pets allowed with prior approval - small well behaved dogs only. Couples and Families preferred. This is a peaceful location with permanent residents as neighbours - not party friendly. Not suitable for large groups. No parties.

The rate is based on two people with an additional cost of $30.00 per person/per night for additional guests.
