Jill’s house was extremely comfortable and is in an area that is vey convenient to all that the Phoenix and surrounding areas offer. Jill is an excellent and very helpful host. She goes out of her way to ensure your stay is outstanding!

Super Nice!

The home was super nice - very clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 small dog. Great amenities and location. Owner was very hospitable! We will definitely stay here again when in the Phoenix area.

Home away from Home

Fantastic experience in Phoenix. This VRBO home is clean, well decorated, spacious and well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. I especially appreciated the large kitchen and openness flowing through the dining and living area.

The place puts the Phun in Phoenix

This is a beautifully decorated home, with all the amenities of home, close to many very fun things to do in Phoenix. It's very easy to get to the myriad of things to do in Phoenix - but the place is so nice you might just want to move into it full time.

Soccer tourny long weekend

Very nice clean three bedroom house. Very quiet neighborhood. Very nice pool area. Jill was very easy to work with And accommodating. When we head back to Phoenix, will definitely be staying here!

Centrally located, lovely house in Moon Valley

This property was ideal for our family for our initial relocation. The house was recently renovated, bright with lots of light and plenty of space for everyone to live comfortably. The owner Jill is amazing, had great recommendations for everything and was so responsive. She’s a lovely person and made sure our stay was comfortable.

Winter in Phoenix

This was our first VRBO experience and it was everything we could have hoped for and so much more. Jill met us at check-in per our request and went through all the amenities her great house had to offer. The house had plenty of room to spread-out and the location in North Phoeniz was fabulous. Overall it was wonderful!!

Very clean and comfortable property. Fully equipped kitchen and nice patio. Loved having a garage and washer and dryer. Plenty of space for 3 adults. Primary bathroom was huge! Owner responsive to questions. We'll be back!

This home was perfect for us!

The house was recently remodeled and very nice. It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet, close to walking paths and a nice park. The location was ideal. Less than five minutes from several grocery stores, convenience stores, and places to eat. Easy access to freeways. Jill, the homeowner and property manager, is very accessible, accommodating, and answers texts within minutes. We look forward to staying here again.

Great experience!

We arrived on a Friday about mid-morning and reached out to see if we could get in early and she agreed. That was a great start to an enjoyable weekend. Our friends that got into town later were so happy we rented this house because it’s very nice and so comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the water was thankfully cool because it was well over a hundred degrees outside. We had a great weekend and it was so nice to be able to cook and hang out together. So much better than staying at a hotel. We would definitely rent this house again when we visit here again!

Required Medical stay per Mayo

The home was clean, nicely decorated, easy to access and fairly close to Mayo Medical Center in Phoenix. We were required to be within a 30 minute radius. Jill is an excellent Premier Host, anything we needed, with one phone call, she iimmediately responded. I would love to stay at her second location in Pinetop, Arizona!

Hello, We are Jill and Chris Rich. We recently purchased this 3 bedroom home for our daughter to use while completing college at Grand Canyon University. She has since accepted a position with Up With People, so it has become a vacation rental for us. When we purchased the home, we completely remodeled the entire home. It is a fresh, safe, airy and feels like home. The décor is comfy and classic farmhouse. All of the appliance, dishes, linen etc are new to the home this year. It is our 2nd VRBO rental. We like to treat our guest like family, just read the review from our place in Pinetop, Arizona on Pinetop Country Club. We live within 3 miles and raised our children in the Moon Valley area. If you are interested in renting from us, feel free to ask questions, we want you to make the best choice for your upcoming vacation.
