About this property

Spectacular view of Zion National Park

360 degree view of Zion Canyon Monument and Valleys. Private pool on secluded 5 acre knoll . Comfortable accommodations for 6-8 people to sleep, cook, WI-FI and TV. Close to hiking, biking trails as well as easy access to restaurants , art sales and shops. Local regulations limit rentals to 60 day minimum but if length of stay falls short I will work with renter to cost based on actual length of stay. No pets is listed but I will work with renter if pets are desired to cover possible damages. Cleaning costs are not included in rental fee but I can work with renters to find cleaning services.
