REQUIREMENTS:
*Please submit the LIST OF NAMES of OCCUPANTS.
*1 copy of valid ID of the main occupant and vehicle details of the private car for GATE PASS.
◾Guests should be registered to have access to all the amenities. Some of the amenities have minimal fee. You may inquire directly to the assigned staff for queries.
◾STRICTLY NO JUMPING on the bed.
◾STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the unit.
◾Guests are allowed to use our full kitchen including refrigerator, stove, oven, rice cooker and microwave oven, hot & warm water dispenser.
◾ We have a complete list and number of the utensils, cutleries, kitchenwares, dining wares, towels, and all that are in it. Every lost or broken item will be charged accordingly.
◾ADDITIONAL FEE of 300/pax applies to number of occupants in excess of 5.
