The main bedroom comprises of a queen bed, wardrobe and a pedestal fan, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and one trundle bed and bedroom 3 consists of a double bed, a wardrobe and pedestal fan.
The bathroom has a shower and vanity, while the toilet is in an adjacent separate room. The laundry provides a washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, vacuum, iron and ironing board.

Great position, lounge and dining chairs not that comfortable. Shower leaks lots on bathroom floor but we loved the place and position. 2 car parks too very valuable to us. We would stay there again.

It was an extremely hot couple of days. The main bedroom was ok with the front brease, but still very hot because of the air temperature. Bedroom 2 and 3 were unbearable, no breeze and the fans in the cupboard are broken and could not be used. My pregnant daughter and her husband chose not to join us, as she wouldn't be able to sleep. My other daughter and her husband stayed for one night only, so I paid for the extra people but it was really only my husband and myself that stayed all nights. Air conditioning or ceiling fans need to be installed. We also need to report an incident. Mu husband went to put the rubbish in the wheelie bin outside, but couldn't find it. He went down the left had side of the building and slipped over on the Polished cement. This is a very dangerous spot in the wet and should be made slip resistant. Lucky he didn't hit his head, but landed hard and is sore this morning. Otherwise the unit was good
We rented this space as an inbetween place to live while we waited for our long term accomodation to be ready.
Location is 2 mins from the beach.
Lots of space .
Great layout and balcony has sea view.
lots and lots of storage especially with the garage downstairs.
Kitchen is fully equipped and was clean when we arrived.
We did find there were cockroaches at night in the kitchen even with no food out.
We cleaned every surface thoroughly and regularly (before and after cooking) and still this persisted.
We decided to keep every item of food in the fridge - and cleaned before food prep each time.
The property is at the beach, close to cafes, restaurants, playground and walking distance to the town centre. The location could not be any better when it comes to beach holidays. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. The cleanliness, though, is something to improve. The floors were sticky and there was dust and grime in the closets and around the sofa and beds. The plantation shutters and windows also needed a good clean. Other than that it is a lovely spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen and shared spaces designed to gather. For us, it was a family vacation and this place was perfect.
It was excellent for what we need for a big family.
I was very happy that it met the need for my family .
It was very homey and with everything near in was excellent it keep
my children occupied and happy.

Nice tidy unit
Very neat, tidy and updated. The staff were extremely helpful as we had to call on them to replace the lock on the front door as we couldn't enter property etc. Very prompt response.

Lovely Stay
We had a lovely stay. Unit is in a great location, so close to the beach. Great cafes around too. Staff were helpful and made it all so easy - thanks! Perfect place to stay with young children - close to parks and water. We would stay here again - but please consider air con :)

Another Fantastic Stay!
Our 2nd time staying here. I love the location, the fact it's a ground floor unit with direct access to garage. We always have a great time here and the unit was very nice and clean. Thank you all for the great stay :)

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time here at Caloundra. The staff are always friendly. The unit is not over flash but it is comfortable and clean. Perfect for small children. Close to the water.
