Fantastic top floor unit with private rooftop terrace to enjoy panoramic views looking out over the Pacific Ocean shipping lanes around to Pumicestone Passage.

Private Rooftop terrace features BBQ/Kitchen, Dishwasher, Full size Fridge/Freezer, Smart TV, 8 seater dining setting, Comfy outdoor Lounge Suite and relaxing Sun-loungers.
This outdoor living space will provide you with a unique and memorable holiday experience.

The apartment will accommodate up to six guests in three Queen-size beds. Main bedroom has a private ensuite, Bedroom 2 and 3 share the main Bathroom, with bedroom 3 having direct access to the two-way bathroom. A self-contained kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave and oven and full-size fridge. Modern decor offering a 'casual coastal ' feel, reflecting the relaxed beach lifestyle of Kings Beach. Other key features include air-conditioning for extra comfort in the living room, along with ceiling fans and Smart TVs in each bedroom.

This secure and clean, 3rd floor, walk up apartment has expansive views out over the water from both levels and all you need for a great holiday getaway or a holiday with family or friends.

Quality bed linen, including bathtowels for all guests is provided. Just pack your beach towel for the pool or beach.

Laundry with washing machine and dryer, and ironing facilities.

The complex has a shared pool, and a single remote-controlled lock up garage with extra storage space for surf boards, bikes etc.

Just a short stroll to central Kings Beach to be in the safe and watchful eye of the duty Lifeguards. The precinct has so much to offer including, the foreshore with playgrounds, great water features, and activities. The Mets Surf Club, Kings Beach Tavern along with an abundance of cafes and restaurants.
Enjoy lovely ocean views from your balcony or rooftop and watch the sunrise over the ocean or be fortunate enough to spot whales frolicking during whale watching season. Caloundra is a short stroll either along the boardwalk or street to Sunday markets, cinema, specialty shops and restaurants.

A beautiful modern beach apartment in a great location. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we would love to stay again in the future. The beds were comfortable and the apartment itself was very well presented. The communication with the host was exceptional.

Great apartment in a great location. Easy walking distance to lots of really family friendly locations - Kings Beach for surf, Happy Valley for still water for younger kids, the tidal pool, rock pools, lots of coffee and fish and chips and ice cream. We parked the car and walked for the week. It is a slope up/down to the beach, and there are stairs to get up and down to the apartment (no lift), but we managed this fine. The upstairs private deck is phenomenal, with a well stocked kitchen, tv, couch, table, and all undercover. We spent a lot of our time up here: TVs in every room allowed us to actually sleep in a little with the kids entertained for an hour or two! A very pleasant stay and great for our family of 6

Plenty of space with fabulous views

Perfect spot for our grown family of 6. Plenty of space with the rooftop and stunning views. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. Had everything we needed plus more.

Family retreat

The place was great - the upstairs area fantastic & the view was good too. Wi-Fi dropped out occasionally. Stairs kept us fit. Family enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The private rooftop is where this property shines, though the unit itself is good and the beds are comfortable. There were a few maintenance issues (appliance cupboard door, oven didn’t work, intercom broken), and the pool needs a good clean. Overall, we were happy with the property, and will try and stay there again.

Positive & Negative points

The views from the property are amazing and the outdoor area is terrific, this area is well fitted out. There were a couple of hiccups, appliances not working, pool not cleaned, however the host was quick to provide what we needed. The bedrooms stayed quite warm at night and air conditioning would have been a bonus in these rooms, very minor negative. The major negative is there is no lift and there are six flights of stairs to stay at this unit, needless to say the trips up and down with our belongings, food and personal items was challenging but hey I needed the exercise. I dont want to undermine the wonderful time we had here and as I stated the views and upstairs entertainment area are amazing, but if you have any physical health problems or are looking for easy access to the unit then this one is not for you, but if you are fit and and multiple stairs are not a concern then definitely worth it.

We loved our stay at this kings beach property. The host Berny was a pleasure to deal with and the apartment was clean, neat and had everything we needed. The rooftop area was awesome and we spent most our time in this area taking in the view and watching whales. We would definitely stay again.

Best holiday ever!

This apartment was beautifully presented and in immaculate condition. The private rooftop doubled the size of the living space and was our favourite place to be when not out and about. Berny was very accommodating and quick to respond to all communication. We highly recommend this apartment for a Sunshine Coast holiday experience.

Very clean and well maintained Unit close to ocean and main street of Caloundra. The roof top BBQ area was used every night during our stay. Highly recommend the apartment for your holiday or business trip to Caloundra.

Great spot

Great apartment. Was great to have a tv in all bedrooms. Very clean. As a cabinetmaker that lift up door in the kitchen needs to go. It doesn’t stay up so it’s hard to use that space.

Perfect getaway retreat!

We absolutely loved our stay in Caloundra. We booked this property primarily for the rooftop area so that our teenagers could have a bit more space and it was everything we imagined it would be and more. Bernie has thought of everything including crockery and cutlery upstairs so that we didn't have to cart plates around. Amazing view, modern interior. The only thing to be mindful of is that there is no lift and anyone with mobility issues would struggle to get up all the stairs. For us, it meant we didn't feel guilty about all the holiday food we ate! We'd definitely book again!

Noisy not relaxing

The place was beautiful and comfortable though we booked to have a relaxing stay though we didn't get that due to works and loud noises on the property and the workmen rude and waking us up at 7am everyday to let them in to retrieve there tools , wish we had been told way in advance this was going to happening on the time we were up there Regards Sharne Allingham

Beautiful apartment and location for family holiday

We've just returned from the best family holiday we've had, the apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. The views from the balcony and roof terrace are amazing. We saw whales in the bay every day of our trip. The rooftop terrace is fabulous, with full BBQ and kitchen set up, and so much space for everyone to relax. The rooms are a good size, and comfortable. Location is great, a short walk into Caloundra, and very close to the Caloundra Music Festival. The private parking garage was big enough for our Rav4, but larger cars may not fit. The stairs can be a bit of a challenge, especially for older guests, or those with difficulty walking, but we found it ok. Berny was a really great host, easy to contact with any queries, and so helpful and friendly, even offering us a late checkout. We've already booked again for our next holiday.

The perfect getaway

The property was just as we had hoped. Amazing views from the lovely private rooftop area. I left my headphones when we checked out and Berniwe went above and beyond to get them back to me. I was very grateful. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Lovely quiet area. We will come again. :)

The view of the ocean from the property is amazing especially from the rooftop. Peaceful quiet building. The property is very clean and so well equipped with everything necessary to stay away from home. The host is very easy going and very responsive with communications. We would definitely stay there again when we visit Caloundra next time.

This property had everything needed and more. The little touches that helped make our stay really enjoyable. The private rooftop area where you could relax as a family was excellent. Would recommend this to anyone.
