The house as described. Please be aware that the alarm isn't where the directions say it is. The alarm is on the right not on the left. The alarm did go off before we say it. The 75 fee for not disarming the alarm when it is not where it was in the directions is wrong and not our fault. We called both numbers given by the rental agency and didn't receive a call back. Some small things, the game room would have been great, but there wasn't any darts or chalk for the pool cues. The house is very clean and comfortable.

The house was very clean, comfortable and accommodating.We were there with our family and everyone had their own space.Communication with the Host was great. THANK YOU!The pool was great!The kitchen was well equipped to allow you to make your own meals if you wanted to.The house is in close proximity to the stores, restaurants and parks.If you are looking for quiet and peaceful this is it. We are actually looking forward to our next vacation in this home.

The house was beautiful and suited our needs very well for our family of 5. We loved being able to use the kitchen, which had a lot of what we needed such as cookware and dishes. The pool was a lot of fun and was warm enough for us. There. We’re plenty of comfortable beds. Overall a great place to stay in a nice area.

If I'm ever in need of a house in Orlando this is the one I'm choosing. We bounced from Universal parks (30-45 min away depending on day/time) to Gaylord Resort (15 min away) from the property. Communication was smooth and efficient. The house is very large and accommodated my family of 5 nanny. The pool was lagniappe. It was used on non park days to unwind.

We had an amazing time! The house was beautiful and clean! So much space for the entire family. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. My kids loved the layout of the house as well. Definitely a 100/10! Host was very communicative with everything in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful trip. Neighborhood was safe and check in was smooth. We spent most of our time at the parks so didn’t use the pool. The washer and dryer worked very well. The location was about 10-15 minutes from the parks and Publix was about 5-7 minutes away. Thanks for your wonderful home.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
