Great location on Tybee.

One short block from restaurants and entertainment, at beach, secure parking, well appointed, clean and up to date unit. We had a great time walking and biking to everything!

Perfect spot for a long weekend

Very spacious unit Great bathroom setups Close to the beach Walk yo restaurants Overall just a great weekend The property manager (not sure if it was the owner) was very responsive when there was a small issue. We are planning another trip in the fall and would love to stay here again but it is not available.

Spring Break

We had a great Spring Break trip to Tybee Island! The condo was very clean and well taken care of. Check in and check out process was easy! The condo was just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and other activities. We had an issue with one of the showers but Bill took care of it quickly and had a plumber out to the condo the next day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice Christmas Visit

A large condo centrally located to the beach, pier and shopping. The condo appeared very clean. It was very easy to get up to the unit from the parking area. When we first arrived, the water had a sulfur smell to it, but by the 2nd day it had cleared up. We really enjoyed staying here to celebrate Christmas.

Great location

We have stayed in this condo before. Great location, great condo. Decorated really cute. We couldn’t ever figure out how to get hot water to the big bathtub and one of the sinks in the master was clogged. Other than that everything was great.

Fourth of July Vacation Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and wished it could have been longer. The Tybee Island area was a little crazy and congested leading up to the holiday (July 4th), but after the holiday, a lot of folks cleared out and it was a really enjoyable island getaway. There is a lot within walking distance, the beach was clean, the Tybee Lighthouse was very cool, and spending time in Savannah was great. Would also highly recommend Captain Derek’s dolphin tour to those interested. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Regarding the condo rental, we did have an issue with the shower handle breaking in the middle of our stay, but Bill was very responsive and got someone there to troubleshoot it that night with a permanent fix the next day. Overall, I was pleased with how he handled it. Our only complaints would be that the whirlpool tub didn’t work (my wife was looking forward to that) and the family room area is a little cramped for 6 adults. That said, I’d definitely consider going back to Tybee and staying in this condo. Thanks for hosting us, Bill!

Close to Beach

Perfect location!! Can’t get any closer to the beach or to restaurants/ shops. Not only was a condo in a perfect location, but it was so comfortable, clean, and spacious for the area! Went on a girls trip with for women and we each have our own bed to sleep in. Washer and dryer was convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for making cocktails before headed off to the beach. There were lots of beach towels to use and beach chairs. Spent one day going to Savannah, which was only about 30 min away. This condo is also a great location to use as a “home-base” for going into the city as well.

Vacation

The room itself was very well kept/clean. The location was nice for accessibility to all of your needs. It was just a busy place all around. Some things to look into would be a hose closer to the room for washing off sand. More TV’s and cable for all the rooms. The water dispenser on the fridge to work. New batteries for the remotes and bulbs to many of the lights. The furnace filter needed changed. Overall it was a good stay, and we had a fun time.

Girls Trip

We had such an amazing time on Tybee and we were blown away with the condo. It was definitely beautiful and so clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay and the convenience to restaurants and the beach!
