A lovely location close to the port with plenty of lovely restaurants. Unfortunately the pool was being repaired. The beds and settees are very comfortable and English television is a bonus too. It’s our second time staying in this apartment. Javea is such a lovely place to visit.

We have stayed in this apartment several times and are always happy with it. It is well located, particularly for the port area. Contact with the local manager/housekeeper is easy and efficient when required.

Spacious and very well appointed accommodation with attractive managed grounds and pool.

Lovely accommodation in a very convenient location for access to the Grava and Arenal areas of Javea and their many restaurants and shops. Parking is safe plentiful around the accommodation and in an underground car park.

Lovely large apartment within close proximity to restaurants and bars

Had a great 6 days in Javea in this spacious apartment. Everything you could need and within 10 minutes walk to the centre. Will come again.

Fabulous apartment and location

Wonderful stay in Javea Port, the apartment is in a great location just a block from the sea and a short walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday including beach chairs and umbrellas. The apartment feels airy and bright with a large terrace overlooking the gardens and pool.

Holiday in villa bolonia

The apartment was exactly what we wanted for our 3 week holiday.It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.It is near to port and beach and the old town.The house manager is very pleasant and helpful.

We meet with Jon’s associate Mikaela. She was wonderful. Walked us through the apartment, told us where the grocery store was (can be walked to in just a few minutes). She was very quick to help us when we need some assistance. The apartment was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The only downside was we could hear neighbor noises. But we were there in the winter so for the most part it was quiet. We would definitely rent here again.

Perfect quiet location

This is a well kept apartment that has everything you could want, perfect location, easy walk to the local restaurants and shops in and around the port. If you want the more resort elements for you visit, than the arenal area is just a 15mins walk along the beach road. Really is perfect in every way.

Nice appartement!

Everything was perfect. apartment has everything you need. Is spacious and has a beautiful view of the courtyard with swimming pool. Has a perfect location between the old harbor and the beach.

Great apartment

Great apartment in an ideal location. Very comfortable and owner left a welcome pack of essentials...milk, bread, butter, tea e.t.c which was really appreciated as we arrived on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

Great apartment in a good location

We have visited this apartment a number of times over several years. It is very well located, well maintained, and very well equipped. The owner is very quick to respond should you have need to contact him during your stay. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic holiday

This apartment is in a perfect location. Easy walking distance to the port with all its lovely restaurants. Taxis and buses are close by if needed but half an hours walk and we were at the arenal Sandy beach with more lovely places to eat. The apartment was home from home with comfy beds and settees and everything we needed. We’d certainly like to stay there again.

Once again a fantastic stay in this apartment, it’s suits us down to the ground, it must do, this is our 3rd time here…. Can’t really be beat, location and facilities are as you’d expect, would be nice to be able to park a car the car park below, but there’s no difficulty parking on the road

Spacious, well-appointed apartment

A lovely apartment equipped with everything you could need. The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the easy access to the beach and port. Jon was quick to respond and key pick up etc was straightforward. We would book again.
