Perfectly located between 11th and Station Streets, it is just a short drive to the beach via Sandcastle Drive. It is an even shorter walk across the street to the community pool. The home is designed with a 3/2, living area, dining area, and kitchen upstairs. Plus a 1/1, living area downstairs, that is not internally connect to the upstairs. Sleeping arrangements are great! There is a king in the 1st bedroom. A queen in the 2nd bedroom. 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. 2 twin beds in the 4th bedroom downstairs. 2 queen sleeper sofas- one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything that one might need. Plus, there is a second large refrigerator downstairs for all your extra drinks, ice, and all the fish you might catch!
