4BR / 4BA / 12 Guests / Charcoal Grill / 2 Shared Pools and 2 Hot Tubs / Golf Cart Accessible / Pets Allowed / Parking for 3 Vehicles Only, Garage Access for One Vehicle and Two in the Driveway **Does NOT have an elevator**

Seaside Haven is a brand new, stylish townhome with 3BR/ 3BA in the main house and a detached 1BR/ 1BA apartment on the ground level, accessed by the garage. The garage can accommodate one vehicle with two additional spots in the driveway.
Gather on the second floor in the living room on the couch, which also folds out to a sleeper, loveseat, or two accent chairs, perfect for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV with cable.
Prepare family meals in the kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, crisp white cabinets, granite countertops, both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig, basic pots, pans and utensils. Dine at the table with seating for six. There is additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. Sip your morning coffee on the back balcony while taking in the ocean breeze from a rocking chair. This floor offers a full bathroom with a vanity and a tile shower.
Venture up to the third floor to the bedrooms. The master suite (BR1) includes a King bed, nightstands, closet, wall-mounted TV, access to a private balcony (which overlooks the new shared pools and hot tubs) and an en-suite bathroom composed of a soaking tub, double vanity and a large tile shower with a glass door and double showerheads. The guest room (BR2) consists of a Queen bed, chest for your beach attire, closet, and wall-mounted TV. Kids will love the bunk room (BR3) containing two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds, large windows, a nightstand and a closet. These two bedrooms share a bathroom appointed with a vanity at the end of the hallway, separate from the tile accent tub. Take advantage of the full-size washer and dryer located in the hall alcove for your convenience.
The detached apartment is accessed through the garage. Enjoy this private area made up of a Queen bed, nightstands, chest, wall-mounted TV, large window, a coffee bar with a drip coffee maker and microwave and outfitted with a bathroom containing a vanity and tub. Cool off in the shared pools or relax in the hot tub after a day at the beach.
This is the perfect place to bring the family for a vacation. Just 0.5 miles to the beach and 1.6 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife.

Will stay again!

Book this location! We loved our stay! Living room, dining area and kitchen were HUGE!! There was so much room. If you enjoy cooking there’s a beautiful stove! You literally don’t need to bring anything to cook with. Nice big walk in showers and bathtubs. The master is so inviting. There’s a massive walk in closet, soaking tub, large walk in shower. The second and third bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. The two sets of bunk beds are great if you’re traveling with kids. There’s also a baby gate and booster seat. The guest suite was an extra bonus with its own bathroom. The pools and hot tub were lovely. We spent every night relaxing. The area is quiet at night. And walking distance to the beach. We also appreciated the large garage! You can easily fit a full sized SUV plus a golf cart AND all your beach gear and still have plenty of space.

Friends beach trip.

My wife and I have a yearly friends beach trip and we had stayed with Life in Paradise 3 times prior and everything is always perfect. Great property, close to the beach, clean and very accommodating. Thank y’all.

Great for the whole family!

We spent a long weekend here with my family, 6 adults and 3 kids. Everyone loved it! Plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen is huge and well stocked. Booster seat found in the pantry was great to have for the toddler. The primary bedroom closet was big enough for a pack n play, so we set the toddler up in there and it worked really well. Older kids loved the pool access. Communication with management company was easy and they were responsive. A couple maintenance issues I let them know about - garage door button had to be held down for it to close, and there appeared to be mold around the vent fan in the primary bathroom.

Left behind

Beautiful property. Unfortunately we left behind a bag with quite a few games in it. The property claimed they didn't find it. Very sad. It was a brand new bag with Summer Vibes on it. Easily over $100 total worth. But the property itself was really nice. Would like to stay again.

Needs some attention to detail…

Some good things but mostly not.. Good list: -Bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels, and bath soap provided in bulk -Each room had a tv with most all app subscriptions -Good location Needs improvement: -AC worked well on the 3rd floor but not on the 2nd floor -Only 1 half fridge/freezer for a 4 bedroom rental.. didn't have much room -No kitchen towels.. found one in the garage and washed it -Kitchen appliances were a joke.. 3 small cooking pans, coffee pot was a small 4 cup pot (reminding you this a 4 bedroom rental), total silverware (7 forks & 8 spoons)... at least the dishwasher worked, no laundry soap provided -Kitchen table made noise the entire time -Kitchen chairs are an accident waiting to happen -Whole property has stickers everywhere- beware if you have kids and pets -Outdoor grill is a grease fire and you must provide your own propane False advertisement and issues with rental, spoke with the owners and they did nothing.. -OVEN DIDN'T WORK, spoke with owner and they knew the oven didn't work prior to our arrival and the "loaner" which was a countertop toaster oven.. very unacceptable -Ice maker didn't work.. ended up fixing ourselves, notified and no repair -Fridge beeped the entire time we were there and didn't stay very cold (7 days), notified no repair -Ants all over the kitchen- notified owner and they sent someone with a "home defense bottle" and just sprayed the counter then left.. very unsafe and unsanitary Wouldn't recommend this property to anyone

somewhat disappointed

the place we stayed at was very nice and plenty of space but was very,very disappointed when my grandsons couldn't get in the swimming pool it wasnt clean the people staying in the next condo thought so too.Other than the beach which young grandsons didnt like getting in the water especially whe jellyfish were around,i feel i didnt get my moneys worth probably wont be back have to have a nice clean pool.

Disappointing Stay

Condo was good (great location). However, there were a number of issues, including: listing showed a water slide for kids but was not there when we arrived; oven did not work so additional expenses were needed to eat out, ice maker did not work, ant infestation in kitchen, grill looked like it had never been cleaned (mold in it), stickers/sand burs prevented anyone from walking bare foot, and water pressure was awful.

Wonderful

The property was excellent. House was clean, plenty of toiletries, check in/out was painless/efficient, property management was very responsive. I received detailed text on how to work certain items on the property which I appreciated no guessing. Location of property is as described 5 min drive to beach and close to other attractions as well. Only opportunity, which I am not sure if it is under their control, is the pool and hot tub needed some attention.

Winding down summer in Port A 22

Great location to explore Port A! Convenient to the beach and downtown restaurants. Spacious townhome with more than enough room for our party of 6. Only improvement would be a better shower rod in the guest bathroom as it fell down while in use most of the week. Would definitely rent again.

Port A beach trip

The property was great. Great location to the beach and the children loved the pools, especially the water slide! The townhome was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was by far one of the best that we have ever stayed in at the beach.

Enjoyed by the whole family!

We had a great trip! The master bedroom/bathroom was huge! Walk in showers. One of the bathtubs/showers wasn’t working, but we had 3 other options to pick from. The kitchen has everything you need. The kids loved the pool! A short drive to the beach. We loved our stay! We’re discussing wanting to rebook for next year!

Wonderful Place to Stay

Very nice, new property. Comfortable beds and nice sized rooms. The Master Closet was spacious and great for storing suitcases. All bathrooms very nice and clean. Pools were a ton of fun, very clean and not crowded. Walk to the beach was easy and convenient. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed.

Excellent house and location

Our group of family and friends loved this house, location. It was close to the beach, and had a great pool and spa. We enjoyed our stay, and appreciate everything about this house, from smooth check-in process, to cleanliness, etc. Definitely recommend!

Loved it!

We would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful. The reason for the 4 stars for Cleanliness is that there was a little bit of an ant problem in the kitchen, there was a tiny hole in the grout under the light switch to the right of the sink. I was able to take care of it by using scotch tape to cover the hole. The beds were super comfortable and proximity to the beach is very close. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Pretty nice - good location

Walk to the beach was convenient. Nice amenities for the most part though the grill was a George foreman which I don't think most folks would consider a true grill. The access to the garage apartment is goofy. You have to exit the house through the front door and then go in through the garage. You can see the door in the back of the pictures of the garage. Has some water damage in the hallway off the garage with mildew spots but overall property was well maintained so I would presume that will get fixed.

Beautiful & All the Comforts of Home

This house was beautifully decorated and had all the comforts of home. It was close to the beach access & all the restaurants. We so enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for our last getaway for the summer.
