Hermosos apartamentos de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños completos 1200+ pies cuadrados Condominio con vista al mar! 5🌟 Comentarios! Ubicado en el tranquilo, pintoresco y tranquilo complejo de poca altura de Sugar Beach en Panama City Beach. Ahora duerme 8 con un rey en la habitación principal, reina y gemelas en la habitación de invitados, un sofá cama completamente nuevo y una cama adicional adicional que se puede colocar en cualquier habitación que desee. Parque infantil portátil también suministrado.

Parque directamente en frente del condominio. Este condominio está totalmente amueblado con cocina completa, wifi gratuito, secador de pelo, plancha, tabla de planchar, lavadora, secadora, ropa de cama, mantas y toallas de baño.

El complejo cuenta con piscina, shuffleboard, canchas de tenis iluminadas, casa club con TV, ping pong y wifi gratis. Hay una gran zona de barbacoa al lado de la piscina y la casa club. Hay un gran estanque con patos, peces y tortugas para alimentar. A los niños les encanta. El complejo y los jardines son seguros y puedes ver a tus hijos jugar en el patio desde el balcón.

El registro temprano o el registro de salida tardío están disponibles si el tiempo de limpieza lo permite por un cargo de $ 25 por solicitud debido a la alta demanda de registros de entrada y vuelta en todo el año en los 4 condominios.

Thankful for the host Wendy as she had to help me navigate my first stay thru VRBO.The place was clean and updated. We took our Boston Terriers and there was an abundance of green area to walk them. The area where the condo is was calm and it was a gated community. We felt extremely safe and parking was right at the front door.

Property was supposed to be beachfront. It was not it was at a u shaped set of condos with tennis courts little ponds and a swimming pool in the center. This condo was behind all of this. With the beach on the other side. It was also a third floor walk up with no elevator everything had to be carried up the stairs. And the It was a long walk to beach which also required you walking up stairs to get to entrance to the beach. I felt the add for this property was misleading. And although it said dog friendly there was additional fee for dog and parking. And the beds where very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.

We are honestly shocked by this review, as this is the first 1-star review we have received in 12 years of renting this property, after countless happy guests and hundreds of positive reviews. This property is advertised and pictured throughout this listing as an oceanview condo with a pool, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard and other complex amenities and are also shown in the listing photos. This complex is beachfront and sits on the beach not across the street. The listing also clearly shows that the complex has no elevator hence no elevator waits which many guests love in season as many complexes you wait hours for an elevator. Simply put, these are not hidden details. They are information anyone can see before booking by reading the listing, descriptions and looking at the photos. If there was ever any question, we are always available to answer questions before a reservation is made or after arrival but you did not contact or respond to my messages once. The pet fee and parking/amenity fees are also disclosed in the listing and description prior to booking. They are not surprise charges. As for the beds, comfort is subjective, and we understand that every guest has different preferences. However, that does not make the property misleading. What is especially disappointing is that had you contacted us during your stay and told us the property was not what they expected, we would have been happy to discuss the situation and, if appropriate, work toward a resolution or refund rather than having them stay unhappy and leave a 1-star review afterward. We have been personally managing our family’s vacation rentals for many years and take great pride in being honest about our properties and taking care of our guests. Our review history speaks for itself. One 1-star review in 12 years does not accurately reflect the property or the experience our family provides.

We absolutely can not recommend this rental enough! Wendy was so wonderful when we had some booking issue and was so accommodating! They also let us bring our two large dogs, which is so different from most rentals having a low weight limit! We and our fur babies cannot wait to stay there again! The home was clean and had all the necessities for us to grill a few nights while we were there. 10/10 recommend staying here; especially if you want to bring large fur babies!

The crab shack was a great location. The kitchen was well stocked. This was a home away from home and I would recommend it for families or even a couple’s getaway.The host was very responsive and even let us add another day onto our trip. The only issue we had was my husband was expecting to be able to do some fishing in the ponds on the property but it’s not allowed. The ponds are small and just for viewing the turtles and beautiful coy fish. The beach was beautiful and we really loved being so close to so much family fun entertainment. The property has many fun activities for children and is very pet friendly.

Everything was so cozy and clean!The pool was amazing and can't beat that private parking or beach entrance! Had a question and called the owner who is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again ourselves!

Staying at the Sugar Shack

We loved staying in the Sugar Shack. It is so cozy and beautifully decorated. It is very convenient walk to the beach and the pool. Wendy is wonderful to rent from. Would highly recommend staying there. Wendy is great to rent from.

Clean, well kept, has everything you could need and more.

This was the BEST vacation that we have ever had. The condo was the perfect size, located in the center of restaurants, grocery stores, and fun family activities. Wendy was absolutely amazing to work with, and we will definitely return in the future.

Beautiful View!

Very nice condo! Clean and comfortable. Near lots of stuff to do, see, and eat. And the beach is so very close! Please just add a blind on the master bedroom window, then it will be perfect. Also a full size mirror would be cool. We would definitely stay again!Thank you Moyers!
