Great spot for a group close to the beach. We came for the Rockfest Half Mararhon and it was perfect for walking to/from the start/finish line.

Nice space willed with good vibes and tons of accessories. Clean, quiet, fun. Hampton beach is painful when it comes to parking. large vehicles are not ideal for this rental.

fun vacation house

Great central location right by the boardwalk. We had fun with all the gadgets in the house: sno- cones, popcorn machine and massage chairs etc. would come back again!

My family and I do a Christmas in July every year, this year there gift was a trip to Hampton Beach.

Had a great time , the apartment were very clean and accommodating the beds were very comfortable no one complained. Very close to everything great place . Thinking about going back for next years Christmas

Great Location

The location is very close to the beach but the picture that is advertised with this location shows a parking lot between the beach and the house so you have a direct view of the ocean. Not true, there is a 5 story hotel sitting in that parking lot so you only have a small view of the ocean at the end of the street.

Beach Trip

Location is excellent. Very close to the beach and in the center of everything. Clean. Plenty of space. Could use some sprucing up, but you have to expect rustic and quaint in the beach house community. Only 1 air conditioner, but plenty of fans. It was fine for me, but some in our group had a hard time with the temperature. Very well lit and we all felt safe. Parking is down the street, but convenient.

Great location, but house needs work

Property Manager very responsive to our needs. Biggest plus is proximity to the beach. House exterior in serious need of pressure washing- extremely dirty. Plenty of beds. Stove ovens not working. Burners are tricky to turn on. There are fun things to try e.g. massaging chairs, etc. but they suck up space. Kids playing basketball up against our vehicles. Cleaning staff very pleasant.

Would not stay again

Could not beat location of house , 1 house away from the beach , and we were able to check in early . The only two good things about the house and our stay.The house was filled with gadgets , broken massage chairs , snowcone/ popcorn makers , ice makers ....every inch of the . No remotes for the television, or curtains on windows , we were woken up with the sun. The house was filled with clutter which left nowhere to put your own belongings. Every chair on the deck was broken. No sheets on the beds , and no towels . Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Convenient

This property was overpriced for the quality of what was offered. The property had dead gnats in the rooms on the mattress protectors, and there were cat toys tucked under the bed frames. The management was prompt and kind, and the location was hard to beat though.

Walk to everything

A group of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time. The host was super responsive and helpful. Parking can be arranged with the host ahead of time. Don’t knock the foot and chair massagers until you try them! House have everything you need. Front porch was a great spot to hang out too. No blankets as stated so bring them if you need them!

Amazing Stay Very close to the beach

It is perfect for a group of large people. The host was so accomodating. Whatever we needed was just a call away. Awedome stay and very close to the boardwalk is the best part about it.

Overall, great - but frustrating last minute change

House (two actually) were clean, with convenient location. Parking was mostly a block away from house, but worked out well. Communication with owner was pretty good, but most of my questions only got answered after I placed the reservation. Only major knock was that owner changed the property location to another house a couple of days before check-in. He told me he had promised the original house to someone who rented it last year. He didn't know this before he rented it to me? He said the new place was larger, had all the same or better beds/rooms and amenities. Turned out to be less than ideal and not what the original listing suggested - not the same number/size beds. There were over a dozen folks in our party - singles and couples - and sleeping arrangements were important. I managed to make it work, but it could easily have been a major inconvenience. Chris the handyman and Carmen the onsite coordinator were excellent - prompt and helpful. Couple of minor points: Inside decorative lighting couldn't be turned off or unplugged. One or two smoke detectors were missing. Linens were provided for one room (as promised), but no blankets (not mentioned).

Great location!

Smack in the middle of all the action at hampton. It was a short walk to the playground, beach, seashell concert stage, and the casino. The place we rented was actually 2 separate units. There was ample sleeping for a large group and a nice porch out front. What we didn't like was that it had 2 small living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) instead of a large common area that our whole group could hang out in. However, we had the porch and had a great time!

Great Stay

Perfect time away for a bachelorette party. Very close to the beach. Easy access to all the amenities that Hampton Beach has to offer. Parking was a little tough but you can park across the street over night for a reasonable price. Overall good experience.

Nice if you don't need a/c

The upstairs unit did not have enough air conditioners. Only 1 of the 3 bedrooms had a working a/c unit. Towards the end of the week it got very hot and humid and caused some of our party to leave early. The downstairs unit, one a/c unit was so loud you couldn't hear the person next to you talking and the others cooled down the place minimally. The location of the place was good, very close to the beach and boardwalk. The parking was not great. We could not park in the driveway because it was always taken, we parked in a lot down the road that was very small and hard to get our SUV in/out. The communication leading up to the vacation was horrible! I would send questions and maybe one would get answered. We needed an extra parking space and no one ever set that up for us and we were willing to pay for it. We ended up getting one on our own. 4 days prior to us starting our vacation the owner called and told us that we were double booked. We booked in March. He was going to move us to a smaller house further from the beach.....um NO! That caused a lot of stress knowing we had 14 people and trying to figure out last minutes changes. In the end, we ended up in the units we booked - but that was horrible customer service and undue stress!! And it's funny, while we were there I was talking to another renter in the same complex and she was told they were double booked as well and they had to leave a day earlier than planned - and they were not offered a refund for the night they couldn't stay! Overall - if location is the only important thing, this is a good place. If you really want air conditioning, parking, good communication with the property owner, etc - I would stay away.

Overall really great location and property. There was some issues with parking spaces but the Property manager took care of it immediately and was really great to work with.

Despite bring double booked

Apparently the place we reserved in February 2019 for our stay in September was double booked along the way. Thankfully Matt had another place to fit our group of 6 couples. Was a great place to stay and great location. Only down fall was the bottom bunk in our room made you sink to the center of the bed

Great location!

My family and I recently stayed at this rental for our annual family vacation. We rented two units, side by side, and our family included 8 adults and 4 young children. The location was amazing! Right next to everything and a short walk to the beach. The units were small, but worked great for our family. We loved having AC since it was a really hot week, coming home to a nice cool unit felt amazing and refreshing. The only complaints we have are two of the rooms in one unit smelled of smoke. Lastly, the parking was difficult. We had a reserved lane for parking; however, there were many times a family member returned to find an unknown car in our lane, which was inconvenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend renting these units.
