Smell the salty air, listen to crashing waves, watch the tides come and go in the marsh, grill ribs and steaks as you watch stunning sunsets over the marsh, and be only 2 blocks from getting sand in your toes on the famed Hampton Beach while enjoying the busy main drag of Hampton Beach! This corner lot on Island Path boasts oak floors, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large kitchen/dining area, separate living room, central air, washer/dryer, front deck and large side deck (with propane grill, table umbrella, separate refrigerator!), and outdoor shower. Walk barefoot on the lawn, relax in the hammock, kick back on the outdoor dining area (seats 6). Breathe in the calmness of vacation right at wonderful Hampton Beach. Three bedrooms (full, queen, twin bunk beds) and a sleep sofa the living room. Sleeps 7. Fully furnished kitchen has gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, coffee maker, full-sized refrigerator, quartz counters, dining table with extra leaf. Small mudroom off the side patio with beach chairs available. Driveway parks 4 cars. Easy access in/out of Hampton Beach. Dog friendly but PLEASE check the pet box during your reservation if you are bringing your pet. No smoking or firearms permitted on the property.
