Very clean and well taken care of. Only issue is that there is no smoking anywhere on the entire property, not sure we realized that in advance.

We had a great time at this condo! It’s just a few steps from the beach and across the street from Crabby Bills and an amazing ice cream place! The condo is a little dated but that’s to be expected for the age and use over the years! Everything worked great and didn’t have a complaint except you can definitely hear the traffic, so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be the area for you! A simple fan or noise machine app solved that for us! Loved all the beach accessories and they were definitely put to use! Was able to reach out to the owner and do early check in with us arriving early in the day. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

The apartment itself is very DIY. There is duct tape keeping the window together. But the proximity to the beach is amazing.

Perfect location with several options for restaurants within walking distance. I’ve cream shop right across from apartments. CVS within walking distance for convenience. Very close to the beach, not a walk at all. Will be booking here again!

The location was great! Bathroom smaller than pictures showed but it worked for a few days! Parking was a limited and not easily accessible. Need more signs to make sure that beach goers and restaurant patrons dont park in reserved spot.

Outstanding location!

Could not ask for a better place...steps from the beach (and is not a crowded area due to it being mostly residential). Bathroom was tight and needed updates, but overall a nice beach condo!

Enjoyed the location and amenities close by.

Obviously from the hurricane damage there is a little work yet to be done. The unit was ideal for this elderly couple to enjoy the fantastic beach.

Stay on the beach for less

Our three night stay, Feb 17-20, 2025 was positive. This unit is a little dated, but was clean and as advertised. The building is beachfront, but this unit is on the backside, which we knew, but it allowed us to be practically beachfront at a cheaper cost. Fully stocked with beach chairs etc, my only real complaint was that there wasn’t a toaster!

Great location, great condo!

We did a quick weekend trip and everything was great. The place was clean and well equipped with beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, cooler and beach towels. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen has regular and pod coffee makers and there was even coffee and all the supplies needed! The location was awesome, a few steps from beach and right across street from restaurants and CVS. You will hear daily music from Crabby Bills but we loved the atmosphere. This was a great place for a weekend getaway, would def stay again!!

Short walk to paradise

We stayed during the week of July 4th. When we arrived, the condo was very welcoming-the place was tidy. It was smaller than imagined, but cozy. The shower leaked every time one of us got in it, but we put towels down and just rolled with it. I think it’s because of the style of door. I saw a lot about noise from Crabby Bills…it was not disturbing at all to us nor my three kids (9, 6, 1). Check in and out process is clear and there’s effective communication regarding entry information and all other. The convenience of beach toys, floats, fishing gear, and chairs was top notch!

Excellent condo and location

Everything was fantastic! Nice, clean condo, plenty of supplies, great location. Outside of property could use a little daily maintenance such as hosing off sidewalks and stairs to help with sand tracking into the condo but other than that it was pretty much perfect. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Seaside getaway

Great Stay in IRB. Location is perfect/ Condo was just as described. Kitchen had sufficient supplies for what we needed.Beach supplies provided - huge plus! Chairs, cooler, umbrella, even fishing poles.Walking distance to everything, we really wouldn't have even needed a rental car. Bathroom is tight, shower seems to leak out on the floor from the door, so we figured out how to position the door so it didn't do that anymore. Busy street/area so there is some noise that carries and is easily heard inside the condo but it wasn't too bad. The location is worth it. We'd stay again.

Needs Updating/Inaccurate sleeping description/ Dirty

We stayed in unit 8 which does not face the beach, it faces Gulf blvd across the street from a restaurant with live music until 11 for those with little kids, it did not bother us but may others. There was still popcorn under one of the couches and all the kitchen ware was dirty food still on pans and siverware. The bathroom had a big tall board screwed to the floor, not sure why and one of the chairs at dining room table had duct tape on all 4 legs. The spare room that stated 2 twin beds was not accurate at all. The mattresses we're single not twin, the top frame looked like it could have held a full mattress, it had a good 6-8 inches of space around it. The trundle had a good 4 inches of space around the frame. Room was very tiny not sure how both beds were to fit in the room and still be able to get out the door. No place to sit your things either. The room needed like a bunk bed to fit better. It was great, being right by the beach, and lots of areas to walk to do things, and eat but overall I would not stay here again.

Awesome stay in ideal location!

I came down to Indian rocks beach for my aunts 50th birthday, I stayed in this condo on my own as a younger female and I felt nothing but safe! Condo was very secure and felt comfortable and clean. The main bedroom is the only one I used but it was very comfortable. This condo supplied everything you need. The beach chairs were a really nice bonus! In a few reviews they mentioned you could hear music from crabby bills (directly across the street which is awesome!) this is true but was not a bother and ended right at 10pm. I think this would only cause an issue if you had young children but was really not that big of a deal. Would book here again and want family members that came over thought it was so nice and a perfect location!

Small Place

The place is a nice small place would only want to stay as a couple or a couple and small kids no more than two. Note the place is at the end of the building and is one of two places with no balcony. Currently, there is no toaster, and the shower has a small leak. Also, the parking place for this condo was at the end close to the street. One other issue for older people is this condo has 17 steps to the door which some may have an issue with. The place is close to the road and Crabby Bill's is right across the street and is loud from about 6 pm to 9 pm or so but was not an issue for us.

Beach vacation success!

The space was in a great location on the beach. Checkin was easy and we got in a bit earlier that expected which was great! Plenty of space for two people and well equipped kitchen, beach items and had all supplies we needed. Would have liked the second bedroom to have more than a daybed trundle. We used it to store our luggage and clothes but wouldn't be very functional for adult guests. Only real challenge was the bathroom was very tight space getting in and out of shower. Would still come back again!!!

Enjoyed our Stay

Very nice and responsive host! Any issues were addressed promptly! The location is great! The beach is wonderful. There are shops and restaurants all around. CVS is right across the street . The unit faces the street and there is no balcony, but it is an easy walk around the small building to get to the very pleasant sitting area facing the gulf. Also being in the front and upstairs adds to your privacy. The beach is then just yards away. The place is charmingly decorated. We enjoyed the paintings. There are games and lots of beach things. We enjoyed our stay very much!!! You can hear the music from Crabby Bills as people have said but it did not bother us at all. And it does end promptly at 9 or 10 at the latest. Often we enjoyed it. We would stay here again!

Location location location

We love this area of the gulf and this location provided the opportunity for an easy walk to the beach as well as restaurants. The unit itself is large and comfortable and overlooks Gulf Blvd. and Crabby Bill's Restaurant. While the music was loud at times it never lasted late and was actually entertaining. The master bed was comfortable. The unit could use a decent frying pan. We would definitely return.

Great Location

Right on the beach and right across the street from a nice restaurant and an Alice cream parlor. The house was well stocked with beach supplies, towels, all kinds of extras. Had no issues with the house. Great stay!
