The good parts: This house has an excellent location and was spacious enough for our trip. Quiet neighborhood; great hot tub
The things to improve: We found a few places where it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly- the living room furniture had lots of dust under a table we had to move, and the TV had tons of fingerprints on it. Master bedroom bedspread had a gross stain. We were also disappointed that several of the window blinds were broken so didn't open, which was disappointing because we needed the airflow and light.
We also couldn't tell from the listing that the yard and the deck were on two different levels. This was disappointing and we couldn't really use the lower patio- it didn't have furniture except one chair. The deck had only 3 cheap plastic chairs and one was cracked for a place that accepts up to 8-10 guests, the outside seating options were really lacking and disappointing. .
