This beautiful house is recently renovated fully and updated including the outside. Pool is heated by the solar panels. It is fully furnished in a beach theme and comes with everything you may need. It has 2 bed and 2 bathrooms with everything necessary to create special memories. Including a fully equipped kitchen. The pool area has a bar area with 3 barstools and a pass-through window to the kitchen. The whole backyard and pool area have special nighttime lighting. The TV has a Roku which includes all the streaming services. The master bedroom has a queen size comfortable bed and the other room has a twin and full-size bed. Washer and dryer are in the garage. High-speed internet access is provided so you can stay connected via your computer or smart device throughout the home. Great shopping and dining can be found close by, Clearwater Beach, Busch Gardens, and Tarpon Springs Spong docks. Tampa airport is 35 minutes away. Disney and Seaworld are approximately 95 minutes away

Came in for a very sort stay. This is more than cozy and you feel right at home. Nicely decorated, all amenities we needed were available. Very nice quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Short trip to Tarpon Springs for the Sponge Docks, Greek food and beaches.

Perfect location for anyone who likes peace & quiet. The solar pool is amazing. We had three weeks of fun in the pool while visiting family about a mile away. This has been our third year coming to this location.

Cozy Home Away from Home

The house was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were comfy...we slept like babies! The pool area was our favorite! The water was so clear and the weather was perfect! Just a short drive to the beaches, too. Renata and her husband Kris were easy to contact and so accommodating! We loved this trip!
